The Ver2.0 lower torso parts really bring the thiccness, and the feet that they include in the pack are a better sculpt than the basic ones in mizugi ASRA and Chaos/Pretty kits.
It makes sense that Bullet Knights focused on Medieval while Asras are more Oriental. Just for fun, you can see both Exorcist with Sol Raptor side by side with its matching Blue and White accents.
I have only ever built one model kit in my life but I think these Megami Device ones are really cool, I think imma get a few for Christmas so wish me luck in building them lol
quick detail the text on the box is from the executioner kit not this one but they mixed it up. the shoulder blades are loose yes and the instructions tell you to glue them on as well ( you can also bite down on the tips of them to slighly deform the pegs to the fit tigher to fix the issue of them falling off. I won't get this version, I'd wait for the Widow version that comes with more weapons and also I like darker colors.
her facial expressions are the reason why i bought this kit, most face plate of Megami Device kit have their eyes looking to the side, and Kotobukiya won't give us the waterslide for the eyes that looking straight to the front (you have to buy separate waterslide decal). her equipment is more flexible than the other Bullet Knights, she can make skirt armor, shield, booster, hammer, gun, etc. and if you're creative you can pose like she's surfing on the beach
There is always the 3rd party group known as Hyena this person makes 7 face plate for the MD but it is limited to Wonderfes and can be very expensive since it's japan only.
roughly a year later, how have the wrists held up? have you changed the hands out recently? I've been curious about the more recent kits. nearly all of my kits so far have had wrist issues over time and with continued use so I've been hesitant to get more.

you're not really gonna be new when you read this, but yes, the parts should be the exact same, just in a different colour. many plano companies do this thing called mold reuse, which is where they reuse the same runners. take for example this kit itself which uses runners from the md: bk lancer (hair is the most obvious one), the msg weapon set for the armour things, and the msg thigh set for the new thighs. main thing to consider is this: usually kits from the same line will have some sort of compatibility, sometimes there'll be parts to enable that (take for example the frame arms girl neck ball joint option in md kits), or they just follow a standard (3mm pegs)

I really love the smugness of this kit's faces, but the giant, solid blue... things on her back and the two-part pistols that don't much look like anything really make the kit seem... undercooked... cheap. It's like they weren't really trying. Compare this to some of the other mecha musume kits out there these days and this kit starts looking even worse. A quick glimpse at kits with a similar price point, and you see that Nuke Matrix, Max Factory, and Good Smile kits all blow this out of the water with articulation, detail, and accessories. A disappointing showing from Kotobukiya at this price point. As an aside, can I say how awesome it is that the mecha musume... hobby? industry? - is exploding right now? The competition going on is driving kit complexity and detail through the roof. I'm basically giving up on gunpla at this point and focusing entirely on this stuff. It's just too fun.

A lot of builders either miss or straight up ignore that Kotobukiya explicitly instructs you to use cement for the shoulder blades. Not a suggestion
