I like how Call of Duty’s back in the day felt different and original unlike how the recent ones look pretty much identical from one another. You can see as each call of duty released the decline of quality and the passion in the craft. Now they’re just lackluster cash grabs that relish in the nostalgia of the good ol days instead of being original again.

All the new ones look incredibly different even bo4 looked different but not as much as the later ones I'll give u that. Cold war ww2 all had a different vibe
13 years later and it holds up surprisingly well. Glitches aplenty, but fun can be had. Kino is definitely one of the best classic maps in all of zombies. Nice to see Tim back here again in BO1.
I was 10 when Black Ops came out, got that prestige edition with the RC-XD which is still in my closet, Now I'm gonna be 25 soon and whenever i play zombies all that muscle memory comes flooding back to me. Zombies is amazing and is still a huge part of my life even to this day. Props to the Treyarch devs for implementing such a creative and dynamic game mode.

I feel like BO1 had the most distinct sounding PAP’d weapon firing sound. It is so loud compared to later iterations. It’s a small thing but I miss it so much.
BO1 zombies was my gateway. When my sister was pregnant with her first child and was visiting me and my dad, when she saw my PS3, she popped in Black Ops and played zombies on Kino Der Toten. From then after i got BO then went through the campaign and unlocked Five was a surprise to me

bo1 zombies was peak zombies. it is the mode in its purest form on some of the most creative and interesting maps in the series. every map has aged like fine wine. cool settings, great vibes, not too tedious, AMAZING wonder weapons, and the best form of storytelling the series has ever had.
I’ll keep it real, the one thing I hated about BO1 zombies was the lack of weapon variety, across all maps there were the same wall buy and mystery box weapons 💀💀 nothing new added apart from the wonder weapons

I had the season pass for this game so I got all of the dlc. I’ll never forget the day the Moon map dropped me and my brother brought my 360 with us to my grandmothers house so we could play. We ordered Chinese food and while playing moon we had an earthquake here on Long Island and me and my brother didn’t even know that there was an earthquake because we were too busy playing Moon lol

The amount of damage monkeys do to the perk machines on Ascension is based off of how close you are to them If you're far they only do 1 damage and I think they do like 10 damage when you're right there
