I've experienced both the in person and online. I found I wasted a great deal of money with the in person lessons. Many months and no real progress. Piano lesson with Warren has taken my piano skill to another level. I am pleased with the results.
The vast amount of free resources available online today is astonishing. I grew up playing bass and electric guitar in the Caribbean in the late 80s to early 90s. There was no RUclips at the time and many people did not have the ole “dial up” internet. I had to walk or ride my bicycle to apostolic or seventh day churches to learn a thing or two from the local musicians. If I had the resources that the younger generation has today, no doubt I would have developed 3-4 times as fast. Online learning is advantageous because its far more convenient and allows for a wider range of instructors, styles and perspectives. Online for me brother!
Mr. Warren. Thx for the video. For me it does not matter whether the courses are online or in-person. And this is because of the way you teach. You doing it so well. So that anyone can understand. I follow you a lot. I'm now able to apply some of the concepts you discussed. Two in particular: the 2 5 1 and the 7 3 6. Sir you are the Best
In person music learning schedule is fixed accordingly, one cannot miss those timing otherwise its wastage of money. Whereas online music learning is best speaking one's availability and one's learning pace. We can visit online music learning whatever timming we feel free. We can pause subscription for a while if we feel busy or financial shortage during bad times and then we can resume back our learning comfortably. In person learning once we get absent we feel ashame to rejoin again. I myself prefer online music learning after i joined piano lessons with warren.
For real guys! PianoLessonWithWarren will definitely improve your piano playing! I no nothing about music theory and what to practice before before until I found Warren channel. Very highly recommended!!! 💯
Another great video Warren. I always enjoy looking at and even learning from your videos. Am thinking about teaching piano online in the future. I'd like to know some of the gears or app you use for your set up to do online teaching.
Do you only teach gospel piano ? For all the reasons you just mentioned I’m having very difficult time taking my daughter to piano lessons She is a good student and just turn 12 today I’m interested in piano lessons for her. Thanks how can I reach out to u thanks
The problem with online music is that piano teachers like Corey from skilled musician or KC from pretty simple music, ask for too much money and not a lot of people can afford it
@@PianoLessonwithWarren Yes in my country i found a professional teacher that also impart classes at the national conservatory of music. and i only have to pay him 20 dollars per hour, but only teachers ask for crazy amount of money
@@PianoLessonwithWarren yes your price is very fair but i was talking about corey from skilled musician and Kevin colin from pretty simple music, their price is too high, your is fair tho

I disagree that learning piano from Online can get rid of environmental distractions such as noises. This is too bias sir Warren, In my experience, it is the opposite. I think very subjective and it depends on the situation but I respect your opinion.

For me online lessons are better.
- I can learn whenever I have time
- I'm less stressed
- It's cheaper
- I have a great teacher:)

Have you check the cost for in-person lesson? It’s wayyyyyy more than what any online teacher charges.

I don’t know how those guys program is structured, or what they offer; so I can’t say whether or not it’s too expensive.
❤
Online sound good
I prefer online for convenience's sake

Not exactly impartial.
Wasn’t trying to be. There’s a reason I no longer do in person lessons myself. Too many downsides for both the student and the teacher 🤷🏽♂️
