They are human beings too and we humans are designed to make mistakes, even professionals lose their concentration at some point, pls don't call it a 'fail moment'.
Everything went well, they just stoped to ask people that they don´t get too crazy so that nobody was injured. The problem was that after people calmed down, the went directly to the next song.
