I thank God by his grace and mercy and love and guidance and my obedience perseverance and endurance i started my diet on 26th july 2019 by june 2020 i had lost 9stone and 7pounds at the time i was nearly 55yrs
So, we come back to The Bible, God's Love and God's Wisdom Who presented us with this same diet thousands of years ago...the "breakthrough" is now to find that God is always been good and perfectly right

Just want to say this doesn't mean people should stop eating meat. for in the bible it says: 1 Thimothy ch4 v1: Now the Spirit [a]expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, 2 speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron, 3 forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. 4 For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving; 5 for it is [b]sanctified by the word of God and prayer.
Nope! 😉🌱 Fish is very high in saturated fat and has the added “advantage” of containing high levels of mercury and many other toxins that it absorbs directly from its environment. But I suspect you already knew that, didn’t you? 😂💚

Excessive carbohydrates will result in bad health. I healed my sick body of many things by eating LOTS of fats, with moderate meat, cheese, eggs, cream and non starchy veggies. This keeps insulin low, which keeps hunger super low. I can skip meals with no worries at all now, which I could never do when eating low fat!
Now a days were fast food are available and oily greasy food we eat on our table is dangerous,if you ask your grandpa or grandma in were there age is about 100 years old to 112 those are golden century age of them if you asked what is their secret in living long life there answer were fresh fruit and vegetables and clean water to drink and fresh fruit juice from the fruit it is their main food in their younger years there are no oil added !
