As is so often the case with these situations, it gets worse never better. Dont blame yourself for being an enabler; if not you then someone else would have done the same. ruclips.net/video/Myse26O0aC0/видео.html
I meant to say super video really enjoyed it great fun. I also make the odd video. Many thanks for sharing your precious things. Regards Chris. PS I’m a bugger for an HP badge don’t get me started on the seven logic analysers and 8903
Great update, Mark, and a soothing supplement to your original introduction to TEAS. Thanks for mentioning the TEA thread on EEVblog and everyone is welcome to suggest additions to the glossary of TEA conditions & symptoms there.
I roared with laughter Mark. I've a Bradley 234 frequency counter that you can have to feed your addiction. Do you have a spare HP432A power meter with a 487 thermistor head? I dont have any reliable power measuring gear at all. 73 de M0YDH
In the US, HP 432A are reasonably available. A working 478A at a reasonable price is another matter altogether. I recently scored an 8478B that seems to be operational. I imagine they're even more rare in the UK.

How the hell did you get into my head? I’m the original scarab beatle, sitting on a giant dung heap of equipment. I just can’t go past stuff At hamfests without money flying from my wallet. I’m up to 3 tektronix scopes, 2 spectrum analysers, 4 sig gens, a humongous box of variable and vacuum capacitors. My latest purchase? An ice cream tub full of crystals for $5... can’t help it.... I can't believe I've been an enabler of this, I feel deeply sadened and would like to applogise unreservedly to all those afflicted :-(

I’m setting up a help group. So I’m happy if anyone suffering from TEAS wants to pass on to me any test equipment I’m glad to help.

I'm a regular visitor to the TEA thread; just to keep looking at the "wall of nixie tubes". which somehow assures me my symptoms are mild :-)
@@MarkG0MGX Mine tend to be directly proportional to the inventory on eBay. ;-)

All this starts with G.A.S - Gear Acquisition Syndrome!
Fantastic...I thought it was just me, 🤔
This is deeply disturbing. How did you get into my basement/shop and when did you talk to my wife?
