Nice! I have the same oven. I bought it a year ago. I probably made over 200 pizzas in it by now. I bought a perforate peel and a wire brush with a scraper on the end. You realy want to clean the stone after each pizza. I cant tell if your using flour or semolina flour, semolina is what you want to use. The perforated peel is going to help you reduce the amount of semolina flour getting on to the stone. Keep having fun bro. Last weekend i made 7 pizzas and yesterday i made 3. Like you said, keep having fun. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you for the pointers! We actually now have a wire brush/ scraper now😁 And we'll definitely look into a perforated peel. Thanks again

Hey nice video! I would like to ask you something: is the burner under the stone adjustable in intensity, or is it just on and off? Thanks :)

Hey, and thanks for checking out the vid! Sadly, the burner under the stone is just off and on but, I've noticed once I get it to the temp I want, I turn it off and I'm good for a couple pizzas before I turn it back on to heat the stone. It holds temp surprisingly well 👍🏾

@@ramtuff111 oh got it! Some types of italian pizza need heat from the bottom so it could be useful 🙂
      Thank you so much
