You're the most attractive and knowledgeable physician in your aesthetic medicine field, which confirms all the more how knowledgeable you are about aesthetic medicine. Wish I lived in California, so I could consult with you as to what I would benefit from the most. I'm not very confident with the physicians where I live on the East Coast. 🤷

If you get $100, buy a gift card from that store you want to buy your product from. Also, you can pay over time with Affirm or Care Credit. I have used all of these for treatments and services. It’s all how you approach it and how you save.

I have been on long-term Prednisone. After decreasing my dose, which caused me to lose weight as well as the edema in the face and neck area. It was like aging 30 yrs overnight. Truly horrible what it did to my face and neck. Hallowing under the eyes. Facial laxity of the nasolabial folds and sudden neck laxity. And due to my medical history, not a surgical candidate. Its very depressing, especially in SoCal. Good to hear that there maybe something short of a vertcal lift that could help me.

I get the $6/tube tretinoin from India (drug/pharmaceutical company) online shipped to US. It is prescription only in the US and super expensive but the ones from India just work as good. I apply the tretinoin mixed with lotion once a week from neck down to my feet (a tube can last 2 to 3 times use). And I use a red light therapy daily. I have a neck piece from Omnilux, and a half body panel from Mito red light. So far, my tech neck is under control. It took 8 months consistent use to start seeing visible results. I'd going to be 40 next year, no wrinkles on my face yet except neck wrinkles from side way sleeping position. I'm continue to do my budget friendly version until when I have money and I can accept the potential risks to have injectable and botox on risky area like neck.

Dr. Kappel, great lesson, thank you! I hope you can advise me. I am 67 yrs old. Unfortunately , a local plastic surgeon injected undiluted Radiesse into my anatomical Tech neck lines. Four weeks later I still have visible, raised lines of Radiesse under my skin. I understand the solution should have been hyper-diluted and there is no way to dissolve this material. Does injecting saline solution break up/dissolve the Radiesse? I am scheduled to have the first of several dual Fraxel lasers on my upper face and eyes, and an Ellacore procedure on my lower face and neck in 2 weeks by a different Dermatologist. My hope is to tighten the skin and perhaps remove or break up some of the Radiesse. What are your thoughts? Thank you so very much for your knowledge and consideration.

You always hear as a kid "don't stand in front of the microwave" and if Thermage is RF then how is it considered safe? Has anyone done long term studies to see if the cancer risk is higher in patients who have used Thermage? Thanks! Did you know that people can turn on "Closed Captioning" without them being forced onto viewers? I was born with a head-injury (my Mother was in an accident right before I was born) ...I can almost pull-off "normal" but my short-term memory is awful, I can't watch 3D movies or movies with subtitles. I would LOVE this channel except for the fact that I can't watch your content because the "overlaying words" register with electrical shock sensations to my "not quite right brain" 🥹 ...and listening without the reference images isn't very educational.
