    I am not affiliated with the company. This is my honest feedback after purchasing the product.
    The delivery was within 24 hours. The grinding away of the glass to remove the scratches is straightforward. There is plenty of polishing compound and it’s pretty easy to bring the glass back to clarity. If you want to remove scratches from glass, this is product to use.

    I purchased my kit maybe a week ago, car passenger side had deep scratches and this kit did the job, was skeptical at first but it really did work. Would deff recommend this

    Wow!! This really did the job work really well took out heavy scratches in my car window. My scratches on my driver side window were really deep. I used the Ryobi hand drill D43K speed 1600…
    depending on how deep your scratches are, this needs patience in order to get the best results. Now would I do this again probably not. I’ll probably have somebody professionally do it for me next time…
    BUT!! the product definitely works!!
    😎👍

      @@GlassPolishShop I believe they mean the original poster of the comment never came back to review the product or process. Maybe they haven't gotten it or used it yet or maybe they just forgot. What I wanna know is are these sanding discs any different from the sand paper at the local hardware store, besides the attachment style? Can I just take 60 and 120 grit sand paper and go to town on a window, then polish it and expect the same result? Or is there some proprietary grit used to make these different?

    • @GlassPolishShop
      @GlassPolishShop  2 месяца назад +2

      @@gr8mystery These are not ordinary sandpaper discs. They are optimized for sanding glass. Ordinary silicon carbide abrasive discs will not provide the same results. Additionally, please note that '60' and '120' are not the grit sizes; they are the model names GlasX60 and GlasX120.

    great video! do you have to worry about the heat of the glass??

    • @GlassPolishShop
      @GlassPolishShop  2 месяца назад +1

      When working on glass, it's important to keep an eye on the temperature. You can use the palm of your hand or a thermometer to check. If the glass gets too hot, just pause for a bit, let it cool down, and then continue.

    Will glass be as perfect as new glass after the polishing stage.. or is it slightly noticeably it's been worked on

    • @GlassPolishShop
      @GlassPolishShop  3 месяца назад +1

      Thank you for your question. When glass is polished correctly, it should appear as perfect as new glass. With a bit of practice, the difference between the treated and untreated areas should be minimal, if noticeable at all.

    Do we have to wash between grits?

    • @GlassPolishShop
      @GlassPolishShop  5 месяцев назад

      No, you don't have to wash the glass between stages. However, it's essential to wipe the surface with a cloth to remove any glass dust, ensuring it's clean before progressing to the next stage.

    Why you dont use water ?

    • @GlassPolishShop
      @GlassPolishShop  11 месяцев назад

      Thank you for your question. Our system has been optimized to work without water, ensuring that the abrasive discs maintain their cutting efficiency throughout the process.
      However, water is utilized during the polishing stage, where it serves to reactivate the glass polishing compound.
