They should be a little more realistic with the potential customers who watch this video.
1- Shower tile is not a problem. "The problem is who you hire to do it"
2- The panel you offer will cause the same problem if procedures are not followed and carried out by a trained professional. "Following procedures increases the cost of a project." And if this is not done with the installation of your product, it will bring even more moisture behind the walls than the tile. This is because the tile or natural stone allows moisture to dry out before the molding is created. That's why it's important to hire a company that doesn't cut corners. Provide appropriate preparation, with appropriate waterproofing to ensure that water does not infiltrate the walls or shower pan.
3- The important use of sealant grout is also periodic maintenance. The product you offer has special joints where there is even more possibility of water infiltration "between the walls and the shower pan". So it's false to say that there doesn't need to be high costs for preparation and no waterproofing on the walls. The false impression of security given to customers with this product. It could then cause greater damage to an entire building. If you have a leak on the 10th floor.
4- I use the Schluter system, when the customer pays for it, and or when they cannot pay for the system, there are other products that I could give a guarantee of even 10 years if I wanted.
    5-
    6-
    7-
    8-
I could write a long article here about why not to use acrylics, vivyl or something like that and several reasons not to recommend your product. But in any situation it depends on the professional you hire and not just on the product you use.
He has over 20 years in home building and remodeling in South America, Europe and now Florida, and you know what I'm saying.
Then use another strategy for marketing. Instead of using a dirty article and lying to your potential customers.

Thanks for your feedback. I agree with you, the skill of a tile setter is critical to a successful installation - which is one reason a tile shower can either be excellent (if you get a qualified installer who uses the right materials and methods) - or not so good (if the grout used and backer boards the tile is applied to isn't correct).
With a waterproof wall panel the waterproofing is created at the surface, and through the 'click lock system' and with the hybrid polymer sealant between the panels. Respectfully we sell over 150 systems per month right now (some to professional contractors and some to DIY consumers) and we've not had 1 person with a warranty claim or water which has come through the panels since we've offered this product in 2018. This system was developed 41 years ago in Europe- it's a proven process....even for DIY'ers.
I think it's great you're using the Schluter System - which is a good one - and are offering a warranty. As you know, many people installing tile offer little to no warranty. You obviously have a goal of providing a high-quality tile installation - which is wonderful.
For my money - I'm a big fan of high quality wall panels - and as a matter of fact I'm going to be starting a bathroom remodel in my own home in about a month (and will be blogging about it) and will be using grout free wall panels (because the tile shower failed....but the tile guy did a good job, 25 years ago).
Anyway - thanks for expressing your thoughts - Mike

@harpyenterprises you might be right with your honest feedback but you’re pretty rude in your words which is offensive and turned off! I choose to listen to Mike’s sincere advice which made more sense than you for sure. I don’t think I wanna hire you with your arrogance!!!

Plumber here for decades, been in a lot of bathrooms. There's two types of tile showers: brand new, and gross and dated with cracks and leaks.
For nearly triple the cost of acrylic, I would expect more.
