I think with some thought, Tatsumaki can easily be a good character that isn't an annoying range-attack based character. For a melee move, she could drag the player like she dragged Saitama threw the concrete. Basicly how Garou does, but Tatsumaki obviously levitates as she does it with swag and throws them instead of slamming them. She should also have a counter, which when she's attack Tatsumaki swaps out for a Rock clone how she commonly does during the monster association fight. Being more of an evasive, or dodge type counter than one like Garou's that does damage. She has potential for an interesting Move-Kit, but I don't think they are adding her this early on or very soon at least. (Also, meme characters like King should be in private-servers where he just one-shots people with a menacing aura and cool shit like that.)
personally a cool concept would be that you can prepare moves as atomic samurai, like you have the hitbox presented to you as your character crouches and gets ready. And you line them up in a path and you'd have like three of them before attacking.

as it is now 2 months later, i can confirm metal bat is here also, im sure it will be a WHILE until tatsumaki is added saitama battlegrounds is a melee fighting game (mostly) so if they were to add a character with telekinesis, they would have to change alot of game code, this is why metal bat is currently being worked on, an easy to add character without changing the game too much

I have idea for mumen rider, instead of an ult, it could be something like a beatdown instead. I know this might not be canon but here how it would go: First, the user rams into the enemy, Hits them twice with the bike, then a barrage of fist blows, and to finish it off, it could be 1 final hit with the bike. This can deal half or more hitpoints.
If one is Tatsumaki I already have a Passive for her Passive: once you kill an enemy it takes 10% of your Hp and turns it into ult bar and once you do a down slam it makes a tornado and deals extra damage and last for 5 seconds (kinda like Sonics)
Unlike all of the other passives this is worse than no passive Remove the lose 10% hp then it might be balance The passives need to be only pros and no cons
Suiryu would be amazing because of his martial arts to be honest. He has a lot of attacks and probably have a chance he will be added to the game. His dragon spinning thing would be his ultimate final move in my opinion.
They needa add a off anime character called jotaro, he weilds his stand called star platinum. His frist move is a heavy punch, seconded move is a barrage, third move is star finger, fourth move is tiime skip, a counter. his ultimate only has 2 moves, which its kinda like saitama, but the death counter is a time stop and a 2 minute barrage, and finnaly for the second move is the deadly barrage which will barrage the map of what the player using jotaro will well, be like incenerate but a flurry of fists for 5 seconds.

Mumen rider ult would be called justice and he will crash in to you dealing 20dmg And it would say justice 1stmove justice combo: he kicks and punches you and you get stunned then he goes in circles around you with bike and hits you dmg 50 type counter 2nd move bycicle grab you grab the opponent and spin them around then you throw the bike dmg 60 type grab the (3rd move name:bycicle combo) info: you hit the opponent from different angles type you crash into them to start it thats all i have not sure of 4th move
Actually as someone who can make alot of movesets within just a few secs of thinking. I think the rip off sonic could have as his 1st move like. A addon like of whirling slashes. (Knockback at end.) So basically its a barrage like consectutive punches right? So next move is like a slash from the air. and to the side. It's a huge knockback. Also will effect teamers from getting you're way. Like for example. Use it and then 4 people will be sliced and knockbacked away. 3rd move. It's basically like. Garou's second move but. The person kicks the enemy in the stomach and slices them on the ground. (No knockback.) 4th move will be a counter. So like when someone hits you. You move within like unseeing space and time and basically do like a thunder breathing cut like how thunderclap and flash works. So basically you slash the person and seathe the sword in you're handler. As it slices the enemy continuesly. Also these slashes will be effective if someone is near the enemy you're slicing. But you have to be very close. Anyways thats my moveset for this. If you want i can make a ult for this too. 50 Likes for it ig.
mumen rider ultimate should be stand up pedal mode where it's a short burst of speed where theres contact damage with no cooldown spammable aoe attacks. Of course the attacks would deal very low damage and no stun, and the damage potential would be based on clicks per second.
For mumen rider, instead of the barrage you were thinking about, they should make so he uses his bike like a motorcycle and starts pedalling it backwards and the wheel kind of damages the player and stuns him just like a barrage but he just uses his bike as a chainsaw kind of: Visual example 🚴🚶 The downslam with the bike would be too boring so instead i think it should be used maybe as a dash or a quick drive with it, like you can pedal with the bike for 10 meters (which is not much when you see the size of the arena) and then at the last second he kind of flips the bike backwards while frontflipping himself and slamming it on the opponent, explaining this visually would be better For his 3rd move, they could straight up use some move from the saitama game, the 4rth move could either be derived from the anime or it could be like a projectile attack that ragdolls the opponent which can be used in the air too, similar to sonic's shuriken he throws his bike on the person making them ragdoll, the rush move that i said earlier could be used for when they are downed btw so you could combo extend with that, and if well timed the, lets call "chainsaw bike" could be used to combo extend just like saitama's barrage, and then the 3rd move could do something to throw the opponent far away or maybe pull him closer.
I just wonder of what types of Tatsumaki attacks would be as psychics can only do 2 thigs levitating objects or throwing them even Garou said that in the manga and one thing at one time

I got an idea for Mumen Rider's M1s, Base Moveset, and Ult Moveset, in The Strongest Battlegrounds he should be called Skilled Cyclist, because his skill with his bike is on another level, his 1st M1 should be a punch, followed by a small uppercut for the 2nd M1, then a kick for the third, and a downslam with his bike for the last, just like Metal Bat's 4th M1. For the Base Moveset, the first one should be Justice Crash, basically he will fly up in the air and hit the opponent with his bike, its finisher will be just like Sonic's Whirlwind Kick, the enemy will be face first in the ground when it happens, the second move should be Justice Tackle, so he will grab the opponent by the waist and jump into the air and throw him to the ground, the finisher should be like Saitama's Normal Punch, where the opponent gets thrown to the ground, the third move will be Bike Ram, so he will ride his bike so fast that he will propel his opponent so far away, and the fourth move should be Bike Throw, where he picks up his bike and throws it at the opponent. For his Ultimate, it will be called "I Must Try", where he is on his knees and his hands on the ground, after, he screams and stands up and does his fight pose, for his first Ultimate move, its called Doom Tackle, its a counter attack, but its not lethal like Metal Bat's and Saitama's, when an opponent tries to hit him, he moves to the side and grabs the opponent by the waist and slams him on the ground, for the second Ult move, its called Bike Blows, he will pick up his bike and hits his opponent with heavy blows with his bike, the last blow with knock the opponent away, for the third, its called Brutal Barage, where he bombards the opponent with countless kicks and punches, and the last move, will be Hero's Punch, so he gathers all his strength and punches the opponent with all his strength, this is also a counter move, but this time lethal. The next character after metal bat could be boros, let me explain. Saitama battlegrounds usually do hero villain hero villain. So after sonic is metal bat. Sonic is a villain and if your from 2023. You see metal bat in early access, so when metal bat is complete. It could be boros which is one of my favorite villains.
Low bat is in the game but you got some of the powers wrong but he does have something that he goes on the ground and slams and also you mixed up the tornado of him when it’s charged up or pumped up

Telekinesis : Some moves might Grab players, So for not Being AIM BOT or HACKS. It's gonna spawn a green projectile, If the projectile hits the player, You can Use telekinesis abilities
First move : Telekinetic grab : Once hit The projectile, You can choose where to YEET the player, With the WASD you can pick Left Right up or down which is good for try hards ( Not blockable )
Second move : Terror Aura : Make some of the ground destroyed ( like Garou's ultimate cutscene but smaller ) That push backs everyones close to you ( blockable )
Third move : Rock Throw : Throw some aimable Rocks that doesn't push back And some Small Aoe ( Blockable except for the last rock )
Fourth move : Building Throw : Similar to Rock Throw but it's a Building with Bigger AOE and damage but longer Startup ( not blockabe )

Second move : Terrorific Punish : Grab the player from the Head and Slide them on the floor during 3 second and faster Speed ( Similar to garou's 2 move But Better )
Third move : Telekinetic Slam ( A counter ) : Once hit. Grab the player from the arm And spin So fast He loses Healths and Slam them on the floor
Fourth move : Giant Meteorite : Throw a GIANT meteorite That will have an AOE similar to Garou's Ult cutscene Area
Ult's Passive ( if possible ) : Telekinetic Repulsion : If hit For too long you will throw a repulsive Aura Pushing all the players Close to you

if boros was added in my opinion his 4th move (non awaken yet) should be like the move he used on saitama where he spins him then throws him?
Then if he awakens there should be his Meteoric Burst Mode anims like in the anime where he turns white. Then the final move of his meteoric burst should be the Roaring star cannon (i forgor the name but yes) Then his first move should be like genos's thunder kick? like where he kicks the enemy above then like grab it and throw to the ground? Then the second should be the move that he uses on saitama the repeated dash to him? Then the 3rd should be like a powerful kick then punch him on the air. yeah so that what im thinking i do hope its like that if Boros get added heheheh. oh btw i do hope they add this cool feature for boros awakened when he dies he regenerates? Mumen rider ult would be called justice and he will crash in to you dealing 20dmg And it would say justice 1stmove justice combo: he kicks and punches you and you get stunned then he goes in circles around you with bike and hits you dmg 50 type counter 2nd move bycicle grab you grab the opponent and spin them around then you throw the bike dmg 60 type grab the (3rd move name:bycicle combo) info: you hit the opponent from different angles type you crash into them to start it thats all i have not sure of 4th move
Actually as someone who can make alot of movesets within just a few secs of thinking. I think the rip off sonic could have as his 1st move like. A addon like of whirling slashes. (Knockback at end.) So basically its a barrage like consectutive punches right? So next move is like a slash from the air. and to the side. It's a huge knockback. Also will effect teamers from getting you're way. Like for example. Use it and then 4 people will be sliced and knockbacked away. 3rd move. It's basically like. Garou's second move but. The person kicks the enemy in the stomach and slices them on the ground. (No knockback.) 4th move will be a counter. So like when someone hits you. You move within like unseeing space and time and basically do like a thunder breathing cut like how thunderclap and flash works. So basically you slash the person and seathe the sword in you're handler. As it slices the enemy continuesly. Also these slashes will be effective if someone is near the enemy you're slicing. But you have to be very close. Anyways thats my moveset for this. If you want i can make a ult for this too. 50 Likes for it ig.

mumen rider ultimate should be stand up pedal mode where it's a short burst of speed where theres contact damage with no cooldown spammable aoe attacks. Of course the attacks would deal very low damage and no stun, and the damage potential would be based on clicks per second.

For mumen rider, instead of the barrage you were thinking about, they should make so he uses his bike like a motorcycle and starts pedalling it backwards and the wheel kind of damages the player and stuns him just like a barrage but he just uses his bike as a chainsaw kind of:

The downslam with the bike would be too boring so instead i think it should be used maybe as a dash or a quick drive with it, like you can pedal with the bike for 10 meters (which is not much when you see the size of the arena) and then at the last second he kind of flips the bike backwards while frontflipping himself and slamming it on the opponent, explaining this visually would be better
For his 3rd move, they could straight up use some move from the saitama game, the 4rth move could either be derived from the anime or it could be like a projectile attack that ragdolls the opponent which can be used in the air too, similar to sonic's shuriken he throws his bike on the person making them ragdoll, the rush move that i said earlier could be used for when they are downed btw so you could combo extend with that, and if well timed the, lets call "chainsaw bike" could be used to combo extend just like saitama's barrage, and then the 3rd move could do something to throw the opponent far away or maybe pull him closer.

Btw i think saitama's 4th ult move will be seirous fart and it works like genos 2nd ult move but when saitama farts the players at the back will be knocked back and when headbutts the enemy it has a normal hitbox unlike genos 2nd ult move

I got an idea for Mumen Rider's M1s, Base Moveset, and Ult Moveset, in The Strongest Battlegrounds he should be called Skilled Cyclist, because his skill with his bike is on another level, his 1st M1 should be a punch, followed by a small uppercut for the 2nd M1, then a kick for the third, and a downslam with his bike for the last, just like Metal Bat's 4th M1. For the Base Moveset, the first one should be Justice Crash, basically he will fly up in the air and hit the opponent with his bike, its finisher will be just like Sonic's Whirlwind Kick, the enemy will be face first in the ground when it happens, the second move should be Justice Tackle, so he will grab the opponent by the waist and jump into the air and throw him to the ground, the finisher should be like Saitama's Normal Punch, where the opponent gets thrown to the ground, the third move will be Bike Ram, so he will ride his bike so fast that he will propel his opponent so far away, and the fourth move should be Bike Throw, where he picks up his bike and throws it at the opponent. For his Ultimate, it will be called "I Must Try", where he is on his knees and his hands on the ground, after, he screams and stands up and does his fight pose, for his first Ultimate move, its called Doom Tackle, its a counter attack, but its not lethal like Metal Bat's and Saitama's, when an opponent tries to hit him, he moves to the side and grabs the opponent by the waist and slams him on the ground, for the second Ult move, its called Bike Blows, he will pick up his bike and hits his opponent with heavy blows with his bike, the last blow with knock the opponent away, for the third, its called Brutal Barage, where he bombards the opponent with countless kicks and punches, and the last move, will be Hero's Punch, so he gathers all his strength and punches the opponent with all his strength, this is also a counter move, but this time lethal. Tatsumaki would be not a bad choice but would just ruin in game combat mechanics as sonic already ruins it because the game consist of hand to hand combat not range based attacks i think that metal bat would be the best option considering hes being the new early access character next update and the second one hero i think it should be is Lightning Max or Tanktop master as they both fit in the hand to hand combat lightning max using mostly his feet for m1s and tanktop you would already know using his fist. Lightning Kicks - Basically doing a barrage of kicks
Lightning Slam - which basically slams the person onto the ground
Lightning Kick - basically kicks the player throwing them far like saitamas uppercut

Tanktop Rush - Rushing to the player and then slamming them to the ground
Gigantic Punch - Basically the m1 but its 1 punch and does 2x more damage than m1
Tanktop Slam - slams the ground and anyone near the slam crater would get damaged
For the ult tanktop would slam the ground just like garou but the slam would be a bit smaller but does alot more damage.

Metal Bat's Fighting spirit should have a cool Passive where when he activates it the less the player's health the damage on his attacks multiply, if his health is a quarter health it should have the same m1 effects as Gojo
but in turn his m1's are slower
Passives dont need to be activated, thats why theyre passives
