TOPS Lions Toothpick

Tops knives bringing to the table a small yet intimidating knife. feels great in the hand and great secure closure in the sheath. very very happy with this knife. great secondary knife to couple with a bigger size camp knife most definitely.

I just ordered the Street Scalpel 2 from tops, it's gonna go great with my Glock 19, especially when I'm shopping around Kansas City, At Night.

This the street scalpel 2 and my karambit are my top 3 combat blades. I got a double edged d2 steel doubles edged karambit with partial serrations on one side and sometimes even carry my united cutleru war sword or war hammer haha… anyway,this and the street scalpel are my favorites

The lions toothpick in my opinion is not designed for daily precision slicing. Its a beefy blade designed for stabbing. Im sure the tip can be sharpened to that fine point, but I don't feel that it is necessary as it is sufficiently tipped to puncture the guts of a would be attacker. The strength and durability I think you feel is lacking in this knife is due to its intended use. I agree its a self protection knife, not a knife you take out into the woods and split wood with.

Prisoners make do with scrap metals and plastics. The tip does not need to be needle sharp to be effective.

For 80 bucks I'd likely buy. Now is 130ish. Far more versatile options at that price point with Tops. Hell, really isn’t that much more than the Szabo which seems to be perfect for any defense usage.

It's a self defense knife and not a work knife so micarta and rounded off tip is of no concern. It's for stabbing so it is perfect 😮

Can’t decide on this or the Street Scalpel 2. Probably this as it’s name is not so aggressive & I live in the UK with strict knife laws.

I carry a Mora Companion for EDC, but if I needed a knife purely for saving a life (mine), this is what I'd choose.
