Seriously!!! I feel like Ollie is really really working hard, despite not being fluent in Korean he researches about their guests beforehand for him to relate with during the proper interview/shoot. Seriously!!! I feel like Ollie is really really working hard, despite not being fluent in Korean he researches about their guests beforehand for him to relate with during the proper interview/shoot. He compensates for his lack of fluency to his sincerity towards the guests. And this is why Josh and Ollie really work great together!!!

This is one of my favorite videos. She had invited you to make Kimchi when she does a large amount (knowing her it was to get extra help lol) and then covid happened unfortunately. 전주분이신 울엄마도 육수 만들어 붓진 않으심. 저건 지역적 특색인거임. 수미님 김치소는 좀 더 뻑뻑함. 그리해야 육수를 부었을때 질퍽해지지 않으니까요.
대신 고춧가루를 많이 넣기 때문에 거기로 흡수가 다 되면서 배추에도 양념이 골고루 다 스며드는거임.

@@이성숙-x9j 깍두기처럼 무가 주재료인 김치는 빨리 발효돼서 풀을 안 넣어도 되는 걸로 알아요~ 하지만 겨울 김치를 담그면 풀을 넣는 게 좋겠죠
여름 김치에 보리풀을 넣는 경우가 있는데 보리가 찹쌀보다 탄수화물 비율이 적기 때문에 발효가 느려지기 때문이에요
