I'm surprised they're not bringing a dog poop tax. Or a dog tax, or a dog food tax, or whatever tax they can create on something that Canadians need or love. Like food, heating, truck etc.

Dog owners from border communities cross sometimes more than once a day. Regulations written by Officials unfamiliar with border operations are almost always a disaster.
