It’s one thing for us to use spaghetti at home, in a pinch. But a bit weird for a restaurant to use it all the time. I wonder if they have difficulty getting supplies?

Both noodles and spaghetti, to me, taste fine. What I want to know is who thought a food stuff has to be twelve inches long? One end in your mouth, the other end still on the plate! My first task cooking either is a pair of scissors cutting them to a respectable three inches long.🤨
Yes that’s the same conclusion I came to - both seem to be interchangeable. Which is nice. Lol! I do feel your pain, however I do enjoy the process of slurping down noodles/pasta. For me it’s part of the fun (and I’ve always been a messy eater anyway! 😅)
