We need an update of the Manual. My last training was February 2022. Took me 2 months to hear about any regional directiors in my areas so I could do the internship and try to serve in a church. Still don't have any answers. Went to BSSM last year and now in 3rd phase to find out after waiting for 5 years for answers that Bethel no longer does pg 12 Exceptions. I made the decision to go to BSSM over Global which was the school I was attending in person. I feel like I wasted a year of training to serve in a ministry that isn't even available to me. "The section you shared with me applied to BSSM when Bethel had their prayer servant training which they no longer have. And it is what we used to do at Bethel as an example but each church/team can have their own qualifications for team member. At the time of the writing of that manual Bethel Sozo team had to be a member of the church and a prayer servant, but that does not apply anymore and have not taken the time to remove it from the manual. We have made it clear in our training that we don’t release people to do the ministry, their church leadership who wants to set up a team is the one that releases you to do ministry. What we do is provide training, mentoring, and support. "
Lauren. where are you located. Bethelsozo.com has a list of the regional directors in their geographic locations. I am sorry you have been met with so many roadblocks.
@@dawnadesilva1151 I am in NE NC. Right on the line. I've spoken with Cyndi and Teresa about finding the right Regional Director so I can do the internship. They told me the closest is 3 hours from me in Williamsburg. I tried to work with them on 2018 and 2022 and was told to do BSSM so I could be approved since I am not able to be a member. There just aren't many churches affiliated with Bethel out here and I can't move because of custody with my son. I've spent 2 months trying to get answers and am just repeating myself over and over at this point and getting nowhere. :'(
I am so sorry. this is a church based ministry and is only done inside churches. You may need to connect with another inner healing ministry that allows people to do their ways outside of a church setting
