When Slick Mickey shows him the card the first time Jerma was just switching to facecam, so he missed which card was picked up, then the revealed card blocks the card on the right. When Slick Mickey puts the card down again Jerma switches facecam AGAIN, not noticing where the card goes. So in his mind, the card is still on the right. Add his insane ADHD and already general lack of attention, and that's how you get this clip.
I think I solved the problem. When the alligator showed the card, it was over top of the right card. Jerma must have looked away and assumed the card was just flipped, not realizing it was moved to the middle.
0:09 not many people know this, but if you payed close attention you can clearly see that Jerma actully entered the void of godly creation and designed billions of multiverses while the alligator was shuffling his cards. Therefore the reason Jerma got it wrong is because his mind is constantly flashing multiverses to him where the card is different every time.
The only way that reaction could be justified is if you're paranoid like me and are used to games that would try and switch the cards just to troll you.
