Hey Nick! From what I’ve learnt from all your videos, the whole process is 1. Start with broad main adset with 3-7 ORIGINAL ads 2. After 3-4 days, create “similar ad concepts” around the profitable ones in their own DCT adsets. 2 DCTs running at once, introduce 2 more after 3 days (so 4 DCTs total) if >1k spending limit 3. After 2-3 days, bring winning ad from DCT adset back to main adset. So from step 2, what do you mean by “similar ad concepts”? For example if the ad concept for a winning ORIGINAL ad was (relieves neck pain->improve sleep habits) , then would a “similar ad concept” in a separate DCT be: (relieves neck pain -> more money saved from not having to visit masseuse/chiropractors anymore) ? Or do you mean “similar ad concepts” by changing the customer avatar?
Hey Nick. Love the content, keep crushing it brother. Quick question -- after finding winning DCTs, we move them into our "Winning Adset"... however once we do move them over, performance tanks. Do you ever recommend just letting DCTs ride in their own adsets and NOT moving them into the winning adset? Cheers.
Great Video, thank you! Do your Ads have some kind of "dayparting"?. Sometimes on scale is see a good amount of my budget gone very early in the Morning but my customers most likely start buying past 4pm. So i wake up with a loss and only the afternoon gets in the sales.
Hey Nick, I have a question. My ads suddenly started to perform much worse than they used to. Do you know why ads may suddenly stop working? I would be greatful for answer. Thanks
When you consolidate CBOs by funneling winning ads from the lower-spend CBO to higher-spend CBO , would you do that for 2 CBOs that are running ads for 2 similar products? I’m not sure if up-selling them in the same ad would work because product A has improved functions from product B, so I’m currently running separate ads in separate campaigns for them
Hey Nick, thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. Can you tell me why you separated those two campaigns instead of having just one active campaign from the start?
Hey Nick, I'm spending $88 per day using 3:2:2 method. I have 3 test ad sets running in addition to 1 winner ad set. I don't want to turn off the 3 test ad sets off as they're still producing good results and their Ad IDs inside the winner ad set have not taken over the spend yet. Black Friday and Christmas is closing in and I want to launch 2 more tests ASAP, this leaves me with 6 total ad sets in that campaign. Is that too much considering my $88 budget? What would you recommend doing?
Hi, you have "add content", but it doesn't appear in my BM, In mine I have the choice between: crop images, add catalog data and add a background, On the right side of the screen, where you see the preview of the ad, I have a basic fb ads template made from images from my site (it's not even the product I want to advertise), and I can't change anything. So I can't add my videos/fixed images. thank you in advance for your reply!
Hey Nick. thank you for the videos. You've helped us a lot to understand. We're grateful. So, we have just started a dtc campaign with two ad sets. One of them is older and the other is newer. Facebook gives almost all the budget ($150 for now) to the older one (with creatives - ugc videos - that we have been using for a year) and since it is a new campaign it sells 3-4 products daily, and leaves $10 for the new (and better imo) creative and that creative sells 1 product at a much lower cpr. What should we do? Could you please give us an idea?
Nick great content. Quick question: I noticed in your example, the frequency is at 4.38. If my frequency is at 1.35, would I need to be concerned about audience overlap?
I'm confused. You said someone running an ABO campaign with 10 different ad sets could also benefit from consolidation. But then you said the ad sets would force the budget and cause the ad sets to compete against each other, worsening your performance. Which is it? Am I missing something?
Hey Nick, I hope you are doing well. I've been following your content for a while, and it's excellent! Just wondering if you are planning to release a course on Facebook Ads anytime soon? I'll be the first one to purchase it for sure! :)
Thank you for the response @@NickTheriot ! It seems like it's a subscription, is there a way to get the course only with a one-fee payment? Or not just yet?
I'm running ads for a local service business, and each service has its own ad set to control the budget, even though it's the same broad audience. I used to run CBO, but since switching to ABO I've seen much better performance. Any suggestions for how to consolidate there?
Hey Nick, if client want to promote two different products at the same time (ex. vitamin D supplement and ashwagandha supplement), would you run two separated campaings, like in your video? I cant figure out when we need to put all our products in one campaing and when we need to run more than one.
Amazing! About the BFCM 1 CBO, 1 ADSET high budget strategy. What if you target multiple countries/languages? I was thinking of 1 CBO, 1 adset per country with native ads. Would love to know
@@NickTheriot Thanks! So 1 CBO , 1 adset pr country with huge budgets starting from 24 Nov - that monday. I'm scared that the performance will be bad since I never launched a campaign with such high budgets. But I trust in your process haha. Curious what you will be pulling off this BFCM, excited to see your results!
@@NickTheriot our clients care about impressions and awareness, engagement as much as they care about sales, so we have more than one KPI and target each month
Hey Nick, what about if I want to test new creatives (seasonal) in 7 different countires than main market one. Do you create new CBO and make each campaign for separate country or all in one adset within that new CBO? Thanks!
I have around 4 campaigns per country running for my winning product with a total budget of around 1000€ a day, the ROAS is around 3.0, so it's good. Would you still recommend me dumping all the ads in one campaign and scale that campaign? Will it be more cost efficient?
I run same winning campaign with different creative is that fine what’s happening is that the ROAS I get is around 2 only the over ROAS of my account is max 3 please guide me
@@NickTheriot I duplicate the same campaign and run with different creative is that fine with same target audience.? Because what I notice is that the old campaign CPR goes high later maybe is it because my own creative are bidding for each other ? And the audience size of the country where I run ads for my client is very small please guide me . Thank you
Hey Nick, great video! We're running video views retargeting and website visits retargeting in seperate campaigns. Would consolidating both of them to one ABO campaign help at all?

I just been leaving the dct's on!
I found same thing. I'm just leaving the winners on where they are.
@@NickTheriot Even though you leave the DCTs running, do you still add the post IDs to the winner ad set as well?
Nick - Would you consolidate campaigns if you are offering two very different products? Ex. One is for energy and one is for sleep
I would go all in and focus on one, while upselling the other
Some ad acounts dont even have learning anymore. Mine are active right after launching.
Nice!

Likely the 3 test ad sets are not doing good, because you should be able to spend more if they're winners

You can test turning off the other one for a 3 days and see the impact. If results get worse, just turn it back on
Is this also the case for a Black Friday Campaign?
For example, having 1 Black Friday campaign and 1 ever green campaign.
