I am a "reactor" and It does me so much harm!!! I call it reactionary and it happens in a split second! I shoot my mouth off and constantly things come out that I dont mean, cannot take back, and it disgusts me with myself. I honsestly thought it was "how i am and its a curse that is what it is" but i guess not after watching this!!! I WILL CHANGE IT. I WILL CHANGE IT. using this channel as my mentor. Thank you so so much for using your time in this beautiful life changing (I🙏) way!!!

We can, choose to view even our best efforts, as obstacles... taking a less-traveled Stoic path. Stoicism has many frequencies...

      Dear Shanhans
At 66 you are just a 'kid' to me. The sixties were one of the best decades for me. Like you, I chose to learn & grow.
So glad to know you are on your positive path. ✌ ❤ 😇

I agree. But if you research personal growth and 'Spiritual' awareness you will find the other You Tube channels that are just as good.
Peace & joy on your path. ❤

Control What You Can: Focus on things you can change, like your actions and attitudes.
Accept What You Can't: Some things are out of your hands; learn to let go.
Stay Calm: Train yourself to stay cool, even when things get tough.
Be Good: Act with honesty, courage, fairness, and self-control.
Stay Present: Pay attention to the here and now, without getting caught up in worries.
Keep Perspective: Remember life's big picture; today's problems aren't everything.
    💯

Stoicism offers invaluable insights into mastering emotions through principles such as acceptance of the uncontrollable, resilience in the face of adversity, and mindfulness in the present moment. By cultivating emotional detachment, focusing on virtuous living, and maintaining perspective, individuals can navigate life's challenges with greater ease. Embracing setbacks as opportunities for growth and practicing gratitude further contribute to emotional well-being. Ultimately, embracing these Stoic lessons can lead to greater emotional resilience and inner peace.

Not to be upset with their rejection of your offered help. Everybody's journey is different. We just need to show others the positive lifestyle by OUR ACTIONS.
My attempts to "help" others with the enlightening awareness answers were also ignored.
I must remember that....they ARE NOT STUPID. They are just on their own path.
I must love and respect their beliefs and know that there is no wrong or right way to evolve as a Human.
And, even tho I am taught to LOVE EVERYONE....I don't need to LIKE all others. That's free will. YAY for that gift from The Universe❤.

Yeah, I know the same people, they tend to just look at me, I guess they are wondering if they are seeing something real. Oddly stupid people checking me out isn't problematic, at least for me.

@@joannaedwards6325 Thanks, of course, you and correct but I still think they are, well, stupid, I mean, after all, you could profess Webster's definitions of Stupid, just for balance. Right, wrong enter the fucked up zone, doesn't matter, you sure about this? I know I'm not...

I understand where you're coming from. I've delt with disinterested people. It can be irritating when our attempt at helping others
is lost on those closed off folks.
But we must keep in mind that all Human Beings are living their own different lives and just bc we may know something they don't doesn't mean we're right and they are wrong.
      Stupid? Maybe DENSE

    • @GVM27
      @GVM27 7 месяцев назад +1

@@joannaedwards6325 It's not just disinterested people but You're right but I'm right too. Saying: You must, you mean really: You must, because I'm not compliant, to you, not to be rude. I'm just being real. Yea, living lives and all that shit is normal and good, of course. I'm not into picking on you but Dense is one of Webster's definitions of stupid. Let's try to meet in the middle, wherever that is.

Reaching out for help is THE RIGHT THING TO DO. However, besides opinions here in RUclipsLand YOU MUST SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP.
There should be a free mental health clinic near you. Call your city non emergency phone # for your local police department.
Or research for a helpful SOCIAL WORKER help line.
Begin to build some kind of SUPPORT SYSTEM outside of your family. Do it now.
Put into practice all of the suggestions you find in self help videos.
You are in charge of your brain. But remember that scary THOUGHTS might seem real BUT THEY ARE NOT ALWAYS TRUE.
You have within you all the intelligence and power to deal with your uncomfortable situations.
Love yourself. Forgive yourself. And TRUST your positive INTUITIONS.
You will go through all this and come out a bigger stronger person. I promise.
You are only defeated when you believe that you are a victim. Other people HAVE NO REAL POWER OVER YOU.
Your STRENGTH is in HOW YOU RESPOND to any negativity that comes your way.
Speak up for yourself and start setting boundaries. Tell them how they treat you IS NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE. Believe in yourself as a confident intelligent person who deserves respect.
