If things had escalated to fisticuffs and there was an enquiry, how would they of explained, or justified being at that address at that time ? Sad to say I'm a recently retired cop, this tool gives most cops a bad name. And he certainly does need to be displaying his collar number, that in itself shows he doesn't want to be identified doing wrong.
