🔹Ingredients 🔹
✔Yoghurt/Kefir - 200 g
✔Baking soda - 1/3 tsp.
✔Wheat flour - 500-550 g.
✔Salt - 1/2 tsp.
✔Sugar - 1 tsp.
✔Butter for greasing the dough - 80-100 g.
✔For greasing the flatbread - 1 yolk + 1 tbsp. l. milk.
✔For powder - 1 tsp. sesame seeds (optional).
✔A pinch of love and good mood (required).
🕒 Bake at 180°C/356 F for an average of 30-35 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven.
❗Notes ❗
✅Kefir can be replaced with yogurt, liquid classic yogurt. Butter can be replaced with drained butter. margarine or vegetable oil.
✅ Instead of soda, you can use baking powder.
✅The thinner you roll out the dough, the better.
✅Top powder - to your taste. You don’t have to sprinkle anything or sprinkle with spices. If desired, spices can be added between the layers of dough.
