    c1 inhibitor inhibit complement activation and when deficient it promote complement activation and that why we get c4 deficiency i think u have one mistake when mentioned c1 inhibitor promote complement activation in ur slide while u explained it right thanks a lot for ur lecture its the best

    Isn't bradykinin broken down by ACE?

      ACE and C1.
      That's why ACE inhibitors are contraindicated in those with C1 esterase deficiency. (give ARBs instead)
