Sector E-11 in Islamabad is a relatively new sector. A sector not developed by CDA because the land belonged to owners of Golra Shrine located in this sector. On their request to the then President of Pakistan General Ayub Khan, this area was not acquired by CDA. However, it has now turned into a posh area with beautiful houses but poorly planned commercial areas.
