CHEVY K30 FUEL TANK CLEAN AND SEAL | And Replace Fuel Sender

I was having a problem with my fuel level gauge reading incorrectly on my 1984 Chevrolet K30. I even ran out of gas a couple of times and had to stop IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD! I was alone and this truck is WAY to heavy to push by myself. So I ordered a new fuel sending unit and went about installing it. At the same time I figured I would buy a kit off of Amazon to clean and seal the gas tank. I figured the gas tank might be rusty and crusty in there. Turns out the inside of the tank was not bad, but I went ahead and cleaned it inside and out, and poured in the sealer. I even had time to apply some fresh paint! It's an easy process you can tackle in a weekend. The most difficult part is removing and installing the gas tank. ENJOY!

@ 10:34 The bolt for some ground, WILL eventually SCRUB a hole in that PLASTIC fuel filter,
inevitably causing a fuel leak. And I'm not guessing.

i have 87 r20 with dual 16 gallon tanks. do you think the straps could support 20 gallon tanks?
