Hi there, I am a bit of an intermediate user. I cannot figure out why I cannot shape tween a png image I saved from the internet. When I import (to stage or library) I right click on the object and it only says motion tween. Shapetween is not accessable. I can only shape tween objects I create with the shape tool in Animate. I must be missing something. Can someone fill me in?

Yes, you can do that in the same way. Just make sure each letter needs to be "break apart".

Hi, shape tween doesn’t work with PNGs. It only works with vector graphics.

if you want to do it with pngs, trace both of the pngs with the “trace” button in the properties menu
