Miyazaki makes my favourite movies but in daily life he's always been disappointed and negative about everything 😅 The way he treated his son is so heartless. He makes beautiful art but he's not a kind and positive person at all.
The only thing id point out is that i dont think ive seen such neon/saturated green in any Ghibli animations. Its usually very muted. I think the only color ive seen thats actually been noticeably saturated is red or colors in that vicinity of the color wheel. Otherwise, you guys nailed that. It looks awesome :)

When you don’t pay attention to the subtitles, and just hear him speak while the sad piano plays, it sounds like a weeb who always wanted to learn Japanese but is like 60 and no longer has the time to learn it. All he knows is one phrase, repeating to people his inability to speak Japanese.
this channel's concept is literally the sweetest thing i've ever heard. drawing people's characters that theyve sent in??? that's gotta be so inspiring to artists, especially some of the younger people that submit stuff. seeing your character drawn by someone else is the best feeling in the world, u guys know whats up

Great video, the faces on the boy and girl were a liiiittle too sharp, though. The girl actually looked kind of spooky even. Overall though, this was informative and fun to watch so great job!
