    Isaiah thompson. Well within a day I could do this move without streching. Just. Do it 15-20 times and you'll get it down easy.

    how many times a day would you do that to the point where you dont have to stretch?

    okay so i can wrap the belt twice around one hand and once on the other and i can bring my arm all the way back on my first time doing this(i'm pretty sure i'm double jointed), but it doesn't seem as if my should is popping out. I've been practicing this for like 2 weeks now and i cant get any further, any thoughts?

    i can do the dead arm and jumprope, but not the wrist grab. Also for the dead arm i can't bring my elbow inwards enough to bring my other arm over my head. any stretches you recommend for pulling my breaks forward?

    • @MaxImmatureZarin
      @MaxImmatureZarin  8 лет назад

      If you can do the dead arm, just practice dislocating your shoulder from than, and it will actually help with your reach.

  • @kennynguyen8673
    @kennynguyen8673 7 лет назад

    which one would u recommend, the dead arm or the jump rope. Which is easier

    • @MaxImmatureZarin
      @MaxImmatureZarin  7 лет назад

      I personally recommend the jumprope first but some people learn the dead arm first because it is technically easier

    I can not stretch my arm to grab the elbow, if I make stretching I will get?... and I am afraid when bending the shoulder and put the bone outside, I feel that will break or something.. help me!! c:

    • @MaxImmatureZarin
      @MaxImmatureZarin  10 лет назад +1

      Yeah stretching will help you a lot with this move. I have a few stretch videos, I can't link them below, but look for my dance help videos. Your arm may feel like it's going to break: a. Because of the unfamiliar pressure on your arm or b. The role feeling when your shoulder dislocates. Just stretch and it will get you used to both!!!

      Brenden Trujillo U hav to be double jointed at birth and once U r u wil never be single jointed

    • @MaxImmatureZarin
      @MaxImmatureZarin  8 лет назад +3

      Not exactly, technically double jointed is a made up term to describe a joint that is more flexible than normal. A serious injury can cause a shift in the joint making it less flexible than normal. Also, you don't need to be double jointed to learn bonebreaking

    My right arm hurts (I use left arm so my right arm isn't as flexible)

    • @MaxImmatureZarin
      @MaxImmatureZarin  9 лет назад +1

      Normally what happens is your arm that your bonebreaking with won't hurt, but your other arm will because it's stretching more to be able to hold the break.

      @@IlluminatedLIfe Honestly it's hard to say without trying it. It looks a bit scary yes, but when you try it and feel the movement you'll notice how it sorta feels like just moving your arms normally. Sorry if that's confusing lol

    Why did I learn how to do this before the jumprope? lol

    • @MaxImmatureZarin
      @MaxImmatureZarin  8 лет назад

      It's an even split between people learning the dead arm first and people learning the jumprope first. It's easier for some people to learn one before the other. The reason the jumprope is the first tutorial in my series is because I learned it first.
