The Ibadi form of Muslimism they follow insists on solving conflict through dialogue. Omani's regard everyone else living in their land as their fellowmen and there's freedom of expression of religion unlike anywhere else in the region. A benevolent king, fondly known as Baba Qaboos, ascended to the throne in 1970, making him one among the oldest serving monarchs in the world. Much Love!
I grow up in oman ,specifically in the city of salalah all the way up to end of high school and I loved it , espcially the omani people, they are seriously the kindest and most wonderful people you will ever meet . any one who lived there knows how beautiful it is especially during autumn season
I love Oman and I miss it a lot! My dad who had been working in the UAE for the first 2 years moved to Oman and has been living there since the last 4 years. Every time I visited my dad I always loved the peace and authenticity you get in Oman, unlike back in UAE which, while is very flashy and full of amazing modern architecture, lacks the heritage of Arabia. You can build all the fancy skyscrapers you want, but you can't build heritage. You can only maintain it. Love from Pakistan!
Oman has the most friendly people of the Middle East and genuinely they have good ties with everyone. However you failed to mention that Oman has Southern Arabian languages such as Mehri, Shehri, Harsusi, and Bathari
I chose Oman as my topic for my English presentation because the country & its people interest me. I was there back in 2013 & wanted to show my classmates this cool country! This video helped me a lot to get a few fun facts for my presentation! We needed to talk for around 5-10 minutes, I spoke for 20 minutes & got an A+! Thanks so much for these amazing videos!
Oman is such a chill country. With all the mess in the Middle East, Oman is doing a good job, to say the least. Oman is one of the few places on the Arabian peninsula I would like to visit (the other one is UAE) :D Such beautiful landscape!
I visited this country some years ago for vacation. Although I stayed in the upper region of Muscat, my god is this country beatuifull and just gives that "welcome to the family" feeling. I absolutly love Oman and would love to visit again and know even more of the culture :D

I grow up in oman ,specifically
in the city of salalah all the way up to end of high school and I loved it , espcially the omani people, they are seriously the kindest and most wonderful people you will ever meet . any one who lived there knows how beautiful it is especially during autumn season
O-man it's almost time for Panama!!!🇵🇦🇵🇦🇵🇦
Yeaaaahhh Panama’s coming!
From Sudan 🇸🇩 All my greetings to the nicest people in the arab world ❤️
Thank you from heart

Oman has the most friendly people of the Middle East and genuinely they have good ties with everyone. However you failed to mention that Oman has Southern Arabian languages such as Mehri, Shehri, Harsusi, and Bathari

Pray for Oman just lost their sultan. Replaced by a cousin : Sultan Haitam bin tariq al said. Best country in the world 🙏
I chose Oman as my topic for my English presentation because the country & its people interest me. I was there back in 2013 & wanted to show my classmates this cool country! This video helped me a lot to get a few fun facts for my presentation! We needed to talk for around 5-10 minutes, I spoke for 20 minutes & got an A+! Thanks so much for these amazing videos!
masha allah😍
where are you from ?
@@Thuwiba. I’m from Germany! Greetings to Oman!
Oman is such a chill country. With all the mess in the Middle East, Oman is doing a good job, to say the least. Oman is one of the few places on the Arabian peninsula I would like to visit (the other one is UAE) :D Such beautiful landscape!
Omg we entered the letter P. I'm so excited for the Philippines episode. Btw, regards to all Omani out there. ♥

I visited this country some years ago for vacation. Although I stayed in the upper region of Muscat, my god is this country beatuifull and just gives that "welcome to the family" feeling. I absolutly love Oman and would love to visit again and know even more of the culture :D
Finally you arrived to "O".
Looking forward to see your video about Peru!
I was born and brought up in Oman for 15 years, and It's been a big part of my life. Such an amazing country !
Hannah and Keith are great additions to the show! Segments are short but sweet, and generally just adds flavor and makes this channel next level. Hats off to all of you at Geography Now! , and 10 gold stars to Barbs for what you’ve achieved so far ( we still have a lot of countries left .! )
SULTAN OF OMAN LIVES IN ZANZIBAR! Its just where he lives.

Also, what about a music segment, with some actual music? :D

I've been to Oman twice in the last two years and I definitely recommended it.
Aww thanks
It is actually the Oman flag/fan Friday coming next
Lol
It would be a cool idea to have Keith continue the music section for each of the remaining countries. It's awesome to see your guest hosts making more regular appearances!
Actually there's a stereotype in the gulf countries that omani's people - omanian or idk - are so kind and peaceful
As a saudi who have met some omani's not a compliment that's true
I've never seen an angry omani and they're really kind
