My mom had a snowglobe, and it played lovely music, it wa sis peaceful. So I went to my room payed down in my bed searching for the same music on RUclips. I found this video and listened...my mind when it hears sad or peaceful music, it rethinks my entire life until now. I was crying more most of the time. At the end up to this moment in like, I began thinking if I should just go, who would even miss me? But I told myself over and over again, “ their are people who do do care, even when you feel alone, you have a reason to be here. Yes, you don’t feel good in life, but maybe your purpose is to help other people, people who can help you with not thinking about those thoughts, not directly but just being with them makes you happy.” And so my mind started making up a little song, but you know like with dreams when you wake up and don’t really remember your dream but the effect of it is still there? Well that’s what I’m feeling, I can’t remember anything I said in the small song but my mind and body are at peace knowing I convinced myself to continue, don’t give up on life. Your reason is to live, and to be different parts of other people’s lives, you could be their friend, just a classmate you see every day in class and it’s weird for them not to be their. An enemy, a friend, a lover. You have a purpose in life and if you just left, it wouldn’t just be like you were never there. You fill in a spot that without that spot being filled, it’s just not right. Whoever is reading this, if you are having bad thoughts, remember, you do have a purpose, people even if you don’t realize it, do know your there. They do see you , never feel like your alone, you always have people who care about you. When your time comes at the end of your life, remember all the people you met along the way, you became a part of their life the second they saw you, or heard of you. Every person you’ve met, you’ve had an effect on, and maybe the effect isn’t good, but even still. Maybe that was the purpose you were supposed to fulfill in that persons life, maybe you were ment to me enemies. You never know, things could change, never give up. Keep on going and do what you know you can do in life before it’s over, live the life you grew up wanting to live. We only have 1 life, after that, it’s over. We don’t know what happeneds next. Before I was born, my mom had 3 miscarriges and a baby boy that passed away after 3 days. When I was born they felt like they won in life, although it hasn't been kind to the three of us. They split up and things just go bad now, my mom is unhappy, my dad is suffering physical pain, I went to a shit ton of trauma and we are all struggeling financially. This makes me struggle with suicidal thoughts, but everytime I think about it, I think about that baby boy. I had a chance he and the babies before him didn't have. I got a pendant with his ashes and wear it every day as a reminder. But, something's changing. I'm angry. I'm so angry that everything always goes wrong. So I want to live, for myself. I want to proof the world that I do have a right to be happy, and I swear I will do anything I can to be! Because.. well... That's what everyone deserves, so do I, and so do you too
So, I have ADHD and have trouble sleeping and studying. It's something that's always effected me. Medication only works for so long, and I feel frustrated every time I can't focus. I always think something is wrong with me. I always think ADHD is the worst (Love you, Nanny). And I still think that. But one day, I was telling my grandmother about this problem, and she told me to try listening to some music. Not pop, not country, not any of the new, bass filled, popular music. Just calming music. She knows how much music means to me. It's a part of me that will always be there. So even though I wasn't allowed to at the time, I went onto RUclips and looked up calm music. I came across a video that had Disney music, but in music box form. Me, being the Disney lover I was (and still am), decided to click it. There were no words, no characters...just the soft chime of the music box. I got all my homework done in a matter of 1 to 2 hours (which was new for me, because it usually took me from 8 am to 6 or 7 pm to do it)! Ever since then, I grew to love the sound of music boxes, and how much they relax me, and help me get my work done in a reasonable amount of time. I stumbled across this video today, and I loved it so much. Thank you, BGM. And thank you other music box channels. You made my life more easier...! You made me and everyone else forget their cares and troubles for a mere 60 minuets. That's a lot for us during these times. You'd be surprised at how thankful we are. So I'd like to with everyone a good night, a good day, a happy birthday, or whatever special occasion it may be. You deserve to sleep. You deserve to be happy. We all do. I'm an auntie who looks after my brother and sister in-law's 9 month old baby girl. I thank you so much much for making this peaceful music box. Here's why. My baby niece has a lot of energy. She's cheerful and determined. But she always resists her nap times. So this relaxing music box is a pure magical spell to help her fall asleep. I love my brother's daughter. She's a precious heart and I entertain her. But a babysitter like me definitely needs to have a breather for at least one or two hours on the couch. I still keep my eyes and ears open on my niece even while she's asleep near me.^^

Why do music boxes evoke so strong feelings in me?...
I remember my aunt and cousin used to have a collection of snow globes. When I used to live with them I used to wind the little valve until I couldn’t wind it. I think it would go for 15 mins straight playing music. Then I would get all the other snow globes, and shake them to make little blizzards with the snow inside. Then I would just watch all of them. I would repeat it until I got tired and fall asleep. I cried when they wouldn’t let me have one. They didn’t even care about them, when I first moved in it collect so much dust, I remember I cleaned each one and the shelves bc it had marks showing have long they have been sitting there without being touched. My favorite ones had tweety and Sylvester, Sylvester was trying to catch tweety. The second one had a small town but one house was separated but that one house was different and they put a lot of detail in that one house.. ever since then I always loved snowglobes. My mom ended up buying me my first snow globe but somehow it broke, I was devastated 💔. I haven’t had one since.. I’m still obsessed w them to this day.

I remember my aunt and cousin used to have a collection of snow globes. When I used to live with them I used to wind the little valve until I couldn’t wind it. I think it would go for 15 mins straight playing music. Then I would get all the other snow globes, and shake them to make little blizzards with the snow inside. Then I would just watch all of them. I would repeat it until I got tired and fall asleep. I cried when they wouldn’t let me have one. They didn’t even care about them, when I first moved in it collect so much dust, I remember I cleaned each one and the shelves bc it had marks showing have long they have been sitting there without being touched. My favorite ones had tweety and Sylvester, Sylvester was trying to catch tweety. The second one had a small town but one house was separated but that one house was different and they put a lot of detail in that one house.. ever since then I always loved snowglobes. My mom ended up buying me my first snow globe but somehow it broke, I was devastated 💔. I haven’t had one since.. I’m still obsessed w them to this day.

Music boxes really help me fall asleep. I have listened to various ones, but this one is definitely my favourite one. I fell asleep just after ten minutes of listening to it. This music box is like something special for me. But I don't know why... Maybe because music boxes remind me of my favourite fictional character. Well, that might sound weird, but this association is so strong... Or maybe I love this tune because it means "comfort" for me... Why do music boxes evoke so strong emotions in me?...
