actually the carrot is not made by carrot, it's is made by radish (in chinese radish is called white carrot) so that's why they call it carrot cake lol
about the carrot cake, you definitely saw the carrots which you thought were tofu. it's white carrot, and there are definitely no tofus in your plate :)
