I think engineers are more complicated. If you think about it, engineers do more than operate souly on the computer. Engineers survey a site, have to visually see data and process everything at once to make accurate decisions. Even with video it can appear differently that real life. My point is, a job like that has a longer way to go from being fully automated. The day when robots can walk around and be an all encompassing unit, is the day engineers will see a major shift in its workforce. What do you think?

I wouldn’t worry too much. AI taking over in the workspace could be ready to go before it’s ever legal and in place
