    Feels a bit like walking through the Garden of Eden but Mr Hambali is clearly more interested in what he hopes to achieve next than in what he has already achieved, which is the mark of all reserchers.
    Those breeds of aglaonemas are beautiful, but they can't beat what he himself sees as his best creation, the fantastic Pride of Sumatra, which I wish we could find in Europe 😭
    Thank you so much Sean for sharing this fascinating visit with us 💚

    Shaun that was very interesting and very funny too... Mr Hambali was dragging you around and paying no attention to your enthusiasm of certain plants...
    Like: "Calatheas? Meh.... been there done it!!!"
    And you were like a child in a toy shop - and me: "Oh My Giddy Aunt I'm so jealous."
    I am so very jealous of you for living in a place where tropical plants grow in cracks of pavements, whilst I'm in the UK struggling with mine.

    Again, thank you for such an opportunity... a very interesting plant tour and a piece of the Asian diversity. Until next, Sean. :)

    HELLO BRO, can you make a video on the anthurium plant pollination process and detail? How to differentiate male and female. Thank you.

    • @onlyplants
      @onlyplants  Год назад +1

      Oooh its been done before in past videos… a few times but it was not a dedicated episode on its own.
      Each spadix (flower) is both male and female. It goes through female phase first and then if its not pollenated it becomes a male phase, releasing pollen.
