Duane, I struggle so much to be still and meditate and pray. I talk to God all throughout my day but when I just sat down in the morning and try to be quiet and meditate on him, I can’t hardly do it. I’m 64 and I’ve been a Christian since I was 16. I feel so bad that I am not better at this by now. Also, I wonder if you would remember my aunt Shirley Hecker from Winfield Iowa. She was the most amazing godly woman In your circle back in the day and she learned much from you. You were probably around the same age. Anyway, God bless you for your continued serving. 🙏🏻 😊
I do I do I do I want to please God!!! I want to be all He wants me to be and God is using you to show & confirm to me that meditating on His Word absolutely is Key!!!!! But I know because I heard Him and have been obeying and seeing the difference in my mood when “life” starts to consume my time….because seeking Him first is always best use of my time but I wanna seek Him 2nd 3rd and 4th!!!! God is using to expound and using you to use His Glorious Holy Faithful Word to basically illustrate 2 Timothy 3:16 on this/these/ God’s Words. Yup Satan is a hijacking terrorist. I’m soooo grateful for you Duane! I praise God that I’m saying “Amen” to everything you are saying and also “Wowwww!!!!” Yes Lord!!!!
You may be surprised by this but most Americans are not good with geography, and are not taught it very well. There is also a negative word association between Middle Eastern, Arab, and Islam so they don't desire to want to know.
Knocking the folks who use a different language to describe the same process, same goals, same or better outcomes via God/ Christ Consciousness/ Holy Spirit is not okay
