Hello, could you say please, if I used ikamet in my ID verification that says province is Antalya. But I will mention Istanbul address for address verification. Is it okay that the cities are different? Or I need to verify address in Antalya only? I wanted to try Istanbul because the PIN code didn’t come to Antalya 2 times . Thank for your answer 😊
Where exactly do you reside or possible place you’re sure your PIN will be delivered. Address on the card doesn’t matter but your names. You can use an address that is different from the address on your ID
Can I use residence permit ? Which I used for my identity verification ? But there is no address there. I guess will it work?

2. Is it a must that you must have requested the pin 3 times before you can troubleshoot?? Or someone can troubleshoot even after the first time of pin request?
1. In less than 10 minutes it will be verified
2. First pin must have been automatically sent then you resend pin for 3x and if among the 4 pins none arrive then use the manual verification method.

You’re prompt to request 3times after which the first pin was sent automatically. So you still have to resend pin for the last time.

You can use a different address even if it’s not in your ID
They said if I don’t verify before month end they will stop playing advert and I have already requested like 3 times and it’s yet to arrive should I go ahead with this process before month end cos I ve only requested like 3 times and next week is the deadline for advert to stop playing
You can wait until 10 days before month end and then if it doesn’t arrive then use this process to verify. Moreover you can get verified in less than 10mins if you use manual verification method

As per your guidance on this video I've tried that method, But it shows me that your identity verification is pending and my adsense account for RUclips channel has a Business type category. So, do I have to submit Documents for verification of organisation before identity verification? There are 2 verifications that are pending 1st verification for organization 2nd identity verification. I followed your steps on pin troubleshooting, But once I redirect on the 2nd step it shows me 'it looks like we haven't sent a PIN to your payment address yet because you have not completed verifying your identity '
