Would love to see you guys doing a playthrough for PUNCT, TZAAR, in fact it would be great to see you guys do a playthrough of all the GIPF games if possible, but mostly PUNCT. I watched a few run throughs of this game, but could not follow them well. Frank P.
A move can end on top of an adjacent piece or stack 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗽𝗶𝗲𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝘁𝘆 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀.
Love to see any of the GIPF games being played (I own/play/love them all), I gave the video a thumb-up. You did misunderstand a few of the rules, which deeply impacted your game. The move @ 5:49 is legal. You claimed blue, therefore it can jump onto a stack of any height (never to exceed 5). In the rulebook it is rule E8: **A single piece of a claimed color or a stack with a claimed color on top if it may be moved onto ANY other piece or stack. That is, as long as the resulting stack is no higher than 5 pieces and all the pieces are of different colors.** The stack formed @ 6:23 should be removed from the board. Only neutral stacks remain on the board. Rule E9: **When a player completes a stack of 5 pieces and the top piece is in a color they have claimed, they MUST remove the stack and put it on their side of the board, at all times visible for their opponent. A removed stack is worth one point at the end of the game.** This really matters, because pieces can slide along empty lines, so that stack shouldn't be blocking movement. Appreciate the video guys, Lyngk might be my favorite of the series.
Cool game demo!

Thanks for clarifying that!! Would have changed a bit.
Once a stack of 5️⃣ is achieved, it is removed from the board.

Thanks for watching and thanks for clarifying more rules. I do enjoy the Gipf series immensely and hope to get more done on the channel!
