Sassengs are people who will do anything to get the idols attention. They try all the possible ways and make the fans and idols uncomfortable. Apart from stalking, they also pretend to be a staff member and come in the airport or they even get in the companies. They get into idols house and take their pictures or kiss them while they are sleeping. They do the possible ways to see their idols, even though it is bathroom.
For the dating issue, it all because of dispatch. Anyone wouldn't even give two shots about some celebrity dating but dispatch makes kpop idols dating a crime. They are the fuel for obsessive fans to rise. Dating and loving someone isn't a crime, not even for idols who are human beings to. It just makes me sad that Dawn was kicked out because he was dating Hyuna, Jennie was hated for dating kai and much more. Obsessive fans are everywhere. The idol dating someone else ruins their fantasy of being the wife/husband of their idol. Their insecurity rises that their oppa won't we nothing to them and they would always date someone more beautiful than them. It angers them and they hate the dating idols. It breaks the idol reputation. Honestly I am happy that sf9 makes a clear line between them and their fans
Fr dispatch is just being creepy and not giving idols privacy. When I first got into kpop I was always wondering if my favs are dating and if the ships I liked were even real. Now, I just think that's weird, like I don't care anymore. And it just makes me mad that dispatch follow idols for so long just to find evidence that they're dating someone. Why do they care so much? It's so weird and just not ok.
For saesang i would also say OBSESSIVE KPOP FAN THAT WOULD DO ANYTHING TO GET TO THEIR IDOL EVEN IF THIS MEANS HURTING OR K!LLING ETC.
