If any one having a problem with this just do the mission with you following a guy and jumping off a cliff , he will give you the *extreme hangin chad* which is infinite to shoot and wouldn't break. The mission is on (EDEN-6) i think he was at the camp where you and clay take over.

Get multiple dictators so u wont have to reload but trust me, you only need one. Important thing to note is sometimes it just wont spawn 15 so even if you had 100% accuracy, you still wont get trophy. Keep trying.
If your on your own and your character is moze simply equip a flame thrower and minigun to your mech, you should be able to do the firing range in one go if you do.
So I did this with two other friends and one of them was the host so hes was the only one that got the trophy yet the game said the me and the other friend did the challenge but no trophy popped.

Good call. After missing on 5 rounds, I tried your line up left suggestion and popped it the first try from there.
You amazing monster. Literally the first time I tried that tactic just now, I got it.
I cant do this. Nothing works. I think they've made it harder. Just to be cunts.
I got lucky and got it on my second try! The only thing I did differently was to stand in the middle of the gallery.

For solo...u have to get a good pattern (luck) and aim down the middle
Single fire pistol seems to be the best (pov issue) and 20+ bullet

I'll keep trying but didnt work for me.. flame is good for short distance

I am having issues getting this trophy. I did it with a random one time but only he got trophy or it and I didn't.
This have been a fun game to 100% would of 100% a little bit ago but the last achievement was glitched on Xbox for a while
