I love the calm authority with which Darian speaks about the different tones of pink. You can tell she's been in the game for a minute and it balances Trixie's enthusiasm really well.

TBH Trixie I used to always worry so much about which colors "work" for my skin tone and hair and the more I watch you and other drag queens the less I'm afraid to explore bright/bold colors and makeup. I was scared of wearing bright pinks but the lipsticks you two showed were all so beautiful! It's all about the confidence. Thank you queens for showing me that!

Stacy is also beautiful as a cream blush! My personal favorite pink lipstick is Genie by Black Moon Cosmetics. It’s perfectly pink and has a beautiful iridescence to it. If you love Show Orchid, you’ll LOVE Genie. Plus it’s a liquid to matte so it stays on forever if you don’t eat oily food

I wanted to live in that Polly pocket mansion when I was younger
Darian reminds me of my cousin. She just has a home-y feeling to her if that sounds not weird. She lives in Burbank and is a make up artist on a tv series and has done a few movies (I don't feel comfortable sharing what ones for her privacy) .She's so good at educating people on how to use their make up, and so good at explaining what is special about each product and why she likes it. Really unpretentious, comfortable to be around, and just good at what she does. She also formally worked at a MAC counter in college! I don't wear make up at all so when she's in town she loves to use me as a canvas haha because I'm such a noob and everything is exciting to me.

I love Nars Afghan Red lipstick (despite the name it's actually a deep reddish pink). It was the first non-drugstore make-up I ever bought and I still wear it regularly. It gives me Woman Who Killed Her Three Husbands For The Insurance energy and I love it.
