- Hey y’all!
As always, I hope you’re all doing great! Today I’ve been trying to figure out Dad’s RUclips channel and getting everything set up right (I’m TERRIBLE with technology, so y’all bare with me!) There’s not much going on in this video other than an introduction to what Dad is building. I wasn’t there for the process of building it other than mixing the concrete (video of that is coming later, and I’m awful at mixing concrete!) so if y’all want to see the full 2 videos of Dad building this skinning shed, they’ll be on his channel!

Hanna your dad is so patient whether he's building something, cooking something, or milling lumber he always takes the time to explain what he is doing and why he's doing it that way. He's an excellent teacher with a lot to teach!
You two are the most genuine down to earth people on RUclips and it’s so refreshing to see there are still people like this out there 👍 to you both and to both your RUclips channels!!!🇺🇸
I really do love the Father and daughter relationship that they have, it's fun to watch!
I swear they are truly amazing
Q
You guys are so cute together! Great chemistry. Father/daughter...nice to see.

@@joefudd lets just be respectful please. Im sure she's not looking for any of that. Surely she's a gorgeous woman but dude we supposed to have been here for other things. Lol cool ya snicker homie lol
@@shanesteele3201 I have been nothing but respectful. I don't know what "other things" you're talking about.
Before I retired I tested building materials for the State of Michigan. I like the way your Dad call that hard, rock like grey stuff "concrete". So many people, even contractors call it "cement". Love your videos. Keep 'em coming.
Short Britches! That's my new phrase. My kids love it. Keep doing videos.
Love your videos! Thanks!!
You know what I like about these videos? That girl loves her Daddy, he loves her and you can feel the love.
It's just amazing the kinship between these two, a father & daughter & the things yall do I'm just blown away keep it going yall & GOD BLESS!
Much Love from your friend in Reno NV. !! I've been following for quite some time , really enjoy your vids. Great your getting Pops into RUclips, Subscribed first time you posted . Please keep um coming, God Bless both You and your Pops !
Over 100K views in 14 hours! There's got to be a major TV network that will notice that this dad and daughter get higher ratings than anything they put on TV. One of those outdoor networks could double or triple their ratings by hiring this incredible duo. I was a general contractor for 20+ years, and these two wonderful people are as competent as any of my frame and trim crews.
Hannah so far the best video I've seen was bow fishing really enjoyed watching thanks for sharing Jim from Georgia
Your Dad is a man living the dream. Does what he wants when he wants. Living free
The Lady of the WORLD Your Dad is a great Dad for what you Can Do YOU ARE THE CAN DO LADY Thank You

It definitely ain't Mr. Jeff's first rodeo?
Love your dad's channel. Can't wait to see the finished product. I hope we get to see the finished product in use. Your dad and you are great keep doing what you are doing.
Just and FYI, what I do is after you cut around your back legs of the deer or hog, take a gut hook knife and split down the back side of the leg towards the "behind" lol. Then when you pull with your winch it'll come off easier. Works well!
Child you have so much light in your eyes don't let this world ever take that from you stay close to your momma and daddy and keep the world at a distance don't fall for no fool take your time and enjoy your life while you're young and you don't have to dress skimpy to be a beautiful child of God stay safe and God bless yall hold on to that joy in your eyes and let no one rob you of that
So far everything Jeff puts together works. I preciate y'all sharing your every day.
That smile!
I dig it how ya oldman never stops, I was raised that there is always something that needs to be done so there is no reason to be bored 💪💪 I'm flat out sitting still long enough to watch your Channel and now your oldmans got a channel I'll have to make time 😁👍
You all should start your own Duck Dynasty type show. Very fun to watch during quarantine. You and your dad are amazing and real. Preciate y’all
Wow nice job and video! You and your dad have such an amazing relationship. That is fantastic
Once you get started peeling, you could take a piece of flat steel bar, like one inch wide and maybe four inches long, and wrap the hide around it and clamp on that so the hide
doesn't get torn by the teeth, and pull from four spots instead of two. Cool Idea with the winch, it should work well.
Love watching you all and learning stuff
Howdy, Hannah: You Dad is always coming up with ideas to make the work easier and better, such a smart Man, and I can see it has also influenced You, and the way you think. It's great to have that Family connection, you two finish each others sentences all the time! I love it!! Stay Safe!!
That man sure raised a good young lady. Be proud of ya. Sure are a good bunch of people. Hannah you gonna have a bunch of good stories one day girl.
Really enjoy seeing you and your dad doing stuff together... Keep up the good work..
He did a great recording job! I'm so glad you got him started with his own channel. Great job to both of you. And your cousin too. Thank you!! Have a good'n!
THANK YOU HANNAH, for making your Dad a channel.....Love you Both.(your channels)
Your Daddy is is a living legend. God bless.
Good plan, lookin' forward to seeing this one take shape.
You and dad are awesome! Stay Safe!
That concrete mixing is WORK and pouring a slab whew, cause it don’t wait on You... Hats off to Your Dad. He’s a real working man! 👍
Great job! Can't wait to see y'all skin out your first deer or hog in that neat little set-up! Thanks for the video Hannah!
awesome skinning rack! we use a electric winch under the hide to peel em out. tie the top solid, put a round rock under the hide and wrap the cable around and peel away! works on hogs too.......
This is such a good channel...cant wait for the next episode....You guys are doing a great job of entertaining during the covid virus thing and I appreciate you appreciating your viewers.... Love that cool southern hospitality!!!
Two years later, Jeff Barron still ain't verified hahaha. Nothing is easy. love the video
They call that "theme and variation" design as you go! he knows, looking good you two even if it was 2 years ago.👍💛
Hannah you got to do a build project one day for your channel. Show off some of those building skills your Dad taught you.👍😉
My uncle and I used to use a winch like you all have above with the gambrel hooks to the back legs behind the knee (deer). The other end we had a mobile home/trailer anchor screwed into the dirt floor and we used a piece of wire rope made into a choker to anchor the skin/hide to it. We'd start to skin the hide from the rear end/tail area (which was hanging up top towards the winch end) then we'd wrap an old golf ball or baseball around the hide then put the wire rope choker loop around it. When we raised the winch/deer it would peel the skin/hide right off. Then as it got halfway off, we'd shorten the choker where it attached to the the mobile home anchor. We did it pretty much like how you and your daddy do. We had a gravel floor in his garage, but had a concrete pad poured below where the skinning rig was with a drain in it running outside down the hill. We would use a garden hose strung from his house's hot water heater to wash down the meat as it hanged. That worked really good for us.
By the way Miss Hannah, how do you all cool the meat down to cure when it hangs down there where it's always so hot where you are? Our nights during hunting season here in Ky are usualy cool enough at night (30 to 45 degrees) to where we usually let our deer hang for no less than 3 days to de-metabolize and cool, makes it way better, less tough and gamey tasting. The longer it hangs before butchering and packing it, the better! So long as it stays cool!
Down where you all are, it would begin to rot as soon as you kill it if you all didn't have some sort of a chill box to let that meat hang? LOL
Yall are awesome. Thanks for the videos 🤙
from Houston,TX
Appreciate the videos, many of us are stuck at home during this crazy time of 'self isolation', nice to see something else going on out there besides the freakin news... thanks again !
Damnit, a beautiful Southern woman with a wonderful Southern accent thats not afraid to work!. Amazing, just amazing.
Thank you for sharing his link.Your dad is badass.Subscribed 🙂
The world needs more of you!
This young lady is so sweet and very creative.
Well good morning sunshine 😂🤣 thoroughly love y’all’s videos. Can’t wait to see this bad boy in action.
Absolutely the perfect father and daughter team!
You two are awesome. I love your daddy's channel. Nice arms too.
I love your little tic tic you make when your emphasizing something good
What a lovely young lady👩.
Your dad is a bright guy. He loves you allot. Plain to see
Your old man is a bloody good worker, I felt tired just watching him 😂
Good stuff!!
That will definitely help.
Thanks for sharing!!
Love your channel keep up the good work! Watching from central Washington state.
I’ve worked in the automotive world for 40 some years. A tool I’ve used is called a Moe Clamp. It’s for clamping on sheet metal. It reminds me of what your dad was talking about for grabbing hide to help in skinning.
Your dad needs to build him a smoke house!
Again another nice video Hannah keep them coming. Appreciate you all have a blessed evening and be safe . 👍
A pleasure of seeing the other side of Dad’s Video
Love watching you guys
Hannah y'all are getting smarter. Always skin smarter not harder lol.
Preciate yall
Those tongs you were discussing are pretty good tool. Back in the days of being employed I worked in a warehouse. We had pallet tongs with a chain on it to hook on to a forklift. the tongs would grip the center board of a wood pallet. As we pulled backwards those tongs would grip harder into the wood, till the pallet could be pulled to the edge of the truck bed, then the lift would lift the load out of the truck. Ice tongs are made the same wAY.
Great channel, love the all natural life style, and hannah is fun, funny, and so beautiful omg!!!
Nice folks ! Reminds me of life growing up in NZ
Your dad is such a hard worker👍👍
Nice video 👍 but this old okie (with a slightly different twang) discovered that hanging a white tail by the head, make a few proper cuts, put a golf ball, or rock under the skin. Tie a good rope around that and tie the other end to a truck bumper. Its like removing a latex glove.
I used a setup like this hog hunten in North Texas. Hogs are tuffff and it ended up breaking the chain after a few years. We also had to weld teeth onto the vice grip plates to get a better grip on the hide. Should be fun.
Watched his video already. Awesome job! Preciate youuns!!! 😁
Can't wait to see that winch in action. Interesting to see how well it works
Great video together and working on stuff you all.
Hannah, thanks for getting your Daddy set up on youtube!!! Appreciate ya, w.w./Oklahoma
'The Skinning Shed' would be a good name for a horror movie.
That’s a great idea for a gnarly horror movie. Get some backwoods, inbred, hills have eyes looking people kidnappin tourists/hikers and well you know “Skinnin Shed”. Have them up in the hills in West VA. Have a couple of them look fairly normal and run a roadside beef jerky/BBQ shack and sell their “catch” as fresh. You can literally go anywhere with this story.
Can't believe I never thought of it. This is awesome!
Very cool,Much Love from the Heart of Texas.
Fancy! I've been using an old swinging chair frame my Dad made downstate for the riders and garden tractors and not quite so fancy up north since still the post between two trees for processing, though have an old childrens playsets and 100ft of free dock I salvaged for free to get the treated lumber to use eventually since will have the garden tractor or two up there in time. Thanks for sharing!
Sounds like y'all been needing that! Looks good man!
I love the rim and backboard standing in the back
I enjoy watching as always
But constantly distracted by her extreme cuteness ha ha
Nice work. Looks like pops handled the camera work just fine too.
Looking forward to watching this build.
Roll Tide
Raptor? Dang, girl! You're working hard and deserve it.
I saw that too lol
