Sorry to be the party poker here but I really don’t think this was worth 200.00 of stuff. Very little fabric or patterns and more trinkets than I would need. I’m glad I didn’t buy this but got the one from MSQ which is much less expensive and better quality of items for what a sewer really needs.
You are absolutely correct! If I put every one of those items into a cart, it wouldn’t come out to $200. The nice box cuts into costs, as well as the packing and curation time. It was a fun experience, but there’s some of these I just wait for the unboxings and buy the couple things I don’t have 😂
I’m so glad that you spoke up and said something because this advent was not worth the money. It was so disappointing for the amount of money it costs. I realize that the packaging cost a lot of money, but it’s extravagant and the inside gifts are a disappointment. Some of the items are nice, but the MAJORITY of the items are not worth the money spent.
I purchased 2 of these advent calendar’s (one for me, and one for a friend) with such high expectations and it was so disappointing. Most of the items are trinkets that I’ll NEVER USE, that I could have gotten from any craft dollar bin from JoAnn’s or Michaels. I was so excited because I figured, I’m spending $200, I’m definitely receiving at least $300+ worth of product, I mean look at how much you get in a $25 Sew Sampler Box. They acted like it was a strict rule to only place one item in each box. Plain paper gift tags, a mini charm pack, a glue applicator tip are all inexpensive items. I wrote an email and praised them for THE FEW quality items, but the MAJORITY of this advent was lackluster and meh! I will not be purchasing this ever again, I don’t care how good it gets. 😂 I wish I had gotten a Missouri Star Quilt Co. Advent…my bad 🤦🏽♀️
What a sweet gift for your friend! Completely valid response 💕 I got some year end mystery boxes and when packaging isn’t involved, there’s just so much more (for a fraction of the cost!)

I heard a lot a great things about this box so I sprung for it. I thought this was fun so now I’m really regretting not getting to previous years, haha. Probably won’t reorder. I can just buy to unique things I love next year.

Possibly one of the best advent calendars I've seen so far. The wool pincushion was my favorite thing from the box.

It was a neat collection. Gave me lots of ideas of what I like and what I don’t so I can give me my own $200 curated gift for next year 😂
