I like the idea of an special event character that just sells shit that people on the station really shouldn't have, and tries to make a money goal.

Maybe it could be something along the lines of the Devil antagonist, where the more they sell, instead of getting more powers, they get better wares to sell. There would need to be some kind of limitation though. Something to keep them from just immediately loading the station up with carp scrolls and emags.

You've arrived on the station you have imprinted pda that can only open for you
It has the ability to summon bulk amounts of random traitor/wizard/greytide gear/chems
But it's a bit loud and takes a bit
Sec doesn't want you to start your maint cartel
You can kill people who threaten you business (trying to arrest steal or kill you)
