Hi Gareth, I would like to suggest a topic for a video: how to prepare for a recital of significant length. All my life I've only had to learn 3 pieces of 3-4 minute lengths up to grade 8, but I've been wanting to perform a half an hour to 45 minute length program for friends and family, as well as appear for a diploma exam, and have been finding it quite hard to remember all that repertoire and manage my practice time when there's so much to learn and perfect. In other words, the jump from grades to diplomas... Any tips would be highly appreciated!
Hello sir, please i have a musical question, i am trying to write a sheet music in time signature 16/8, things have been good but there is one moment when things start getting complicated, like i used a triplet and within the triplet a dotted rhythm and i had to write some same notes like 3 times in different values and then tie them in order to get the right timing, when listening to it it sounds as i want but written on the sheet i think it is so complicated, so is this normal or should i do something to make it more simple?

Sometimes notation does get complicated.
When are we going to go back to discussing normal music composition and theory (he asked selfishly)
