Love her. Such an eloquent, insightful person. You can tell she immerses herself into these characters she plays and the films she's part of when she talks about it. Ever since her big break a decade ago she's definitely taken an interesting route - instead of doing the expected box office, tailored films she chose to do smaller, quieter ones which turned off a few of her younger viewers I suppose. She has chosen challenging roles and controversial films with well known directors over the years that give me so much respect for her - few barely have the guts to take on the roles she does. Incredibly underrated as an actress who ups her craft evey single time. I look forward to seeing more of her in the future.
The characters she plays are strong-willed and abrasive at times, so I think I've always projected that personality onto her. It's refreshing to see that she seems down to earth, chatty, and well-spoken.
I've loved her for years. Her authenticity really comes through in this interview. And hats off to the interviewer as well, he provided the space to let us get to know her a little.
I just read that she is 28, which means she would have been only 17 when the first Pirates went into production. Wow. It thought she was 3-4 years older. She has a cool attitude. My ex met her years ago and claimed she was very down to earth.
I love how eloquent she is, how smart and interesting! She's not just a pretty face, I mean the moment she opens her mouth and speaks I get mesmerized. She always has something interesting to say in interviews, unlike some other bimbos. I absolutely love her.
Only the English, and English actors, in particular, with their literary and theatrical traditions, can understand 19th century Russian literature so deeply and interpret it with such sophistication. Truly amazing!
She is so wonderfully intelligent. I thought she was mind-blowing in A Dangerous Method and I thought she was quite good in Anna Karenina as well, it's too bad she is constantly underrated for making interesting choices in her acting. One thing's for sure, she's a very interresting actor.
I Love your interviews because they are so well made and in a comfortable atmosphere unlike other interviews were its just-Yeah, next question. These video's are priceless. I love how in this interview you asked about her other works, like a dangerous method. I was so upset that you hadn't gotten the chance to make one before with her and I literally Lost my shit when you asked her about it. So THANKS so much for being AWESOME. RUclips would suck without you.
That accent of hers is amazing I absolutely positively love her movies every character she plays is authentic and real and she's so blessedly beautiful 😍❤️🌈💯🌹🔥 happy 😊 blessed 😇 😘🎬🍿🥤🎁 🎂 🎈🎊🎉🎊 🎈 birthday beautiful 😍 ❤️ actress 📺🎤🎥🎭.
Despite her background of being in an active, influential Theatrical nuclear family - this woman, personally, has been given unique gifts of insightful intelligence, a powerful imagination, and an ability to memorize. Her special gifts permit her to flesh out a variety of important literary characters, and enhance her ability to be both believable and engaging. Gratefully, this beautiful woman is motivated and able to bring absorbingly memorable roles to life - for our edification and with our deep appreciation.🌹
what an impressive interview. it really showcases her intelligence. She's so well spoken. I don't like it when people talk too much but say little. No, not in her case, not a sentence that came out of her mouth was meaningless. Yes, i too could listen to her all day. I think she was still relatively young when this interview took place, but I feel her maturity and insights on things surpass her age.
lol, loved her perception of the book and her analysis. she seems very genuine and down to earth. i totally empathize with the babbling bit, she obviously and understandably has a lot to express, that mind flow just can't be contained. oddly enough, however, for some reason i never found keira to be my kind of actress, her acting tends to put me off at times, even the lower budget pictures she did (sure, i think her choice of films is pretty great). definitely though, she seems like an interesting person
dude, i like your interviews...why? because they seem to be intelligent, the length of the video and that the camera is always ponted towards the person being interviewed
Congratulations on your great interviews, people you interview are all amazing people and artists. Just one suggestion, when you interview actresses could you please compliment them in the middle of the interview when they say something smart or insightful? It means a lot to them because artists in general need a lot of encouragement from others, especially actors actresses.
I always loved this series of uncut interviews ever since the Nicole Kidman/RABBIT HOLE interview. I've been looking for them for the longest time and now I'm glad I've re-discovered them. You can see Knightley's natural intelligence in this interview that isn't always seen in her performances.
I'm a 16-year-old boy who discovered these interviews last night. Jessica Chastain, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Keira Knightley, Jennifer Lawrence... OH, GOD! And they don't ask these people questions about anything else but their films.
i loved Anna Karenina . Her role was very sexy and alluring. The the other young guy who was in love with ana was just fkn brilliant actor. Very nice story. And probably all characters were likable, her brother her husband her lover .. And the second love story that was showed simultaneously was also cute.
I'm kinda curious how this guy manages to interview so many "big" actors and directors for such long interviews. His videos don't have that much views to generate that much revenue I'd believe would be necessary to create such opportunities. How does that work? I imagine he's got very good contacts.
+Rose Gold That still doesn't add up. What website or separate magazine would get more views than RUclips? Why would RUclips be the alternative or 2nd option that's just there? Clearly it isn't some big publication like Vogue or whatever because we would see it all over these videos. Also to answer the first guys question, the actors seem to enjoy doing this. So I'm sure it doesn't take much convincing these days for him to get people.
Im black, even though the guy in the profile picture is white. Because it's a bigger publication, this is the guys personal youtube account not many people are aware of it. The interview is printed outside of this youtube clip you do realise..
this is just an observation, guys try to observe properly her jawline, chin boss which incredibly changed, her lips too. i was surprised when i saw this video her entire facial structures changed. her jawline was like added so as her chin boss. i compared this to her past photos and her face had strange changes really.
Ugh the following around bit must be terribly unnerving. In the featured//up next videos --- not entirely sure WHY it had showed up because it had absolutely nothing to do with interviews and movie reviews-- in the featured I saw a thumbnail of a really pissed off Keira and on the top said Pariz Spotted Knightley or something. I didn't click it but I can only assume that Pariz is some sort of Paparazzi channel because i saw a bunch of others listed below of other celebs. Pretty creepy stuff, like, actors are human , let them human haha.
One of my gifted pupils learnt French reading madam Bovari Could we imagine that English actresses ever tried to learn Russian for the sake of taking part in interpretation of 'Anna Karenina 'by the Russian genius on the sceen? Or the vanity of the English can not tolerate the intrusion of the inferior language?
I just saw this interview and the same thought had crossed my mind! It's a shame, it really is... They could be the most beautiful famous couple ever! But, I guess it wasn't ment to be...
She sees Anna as a "victim" and says she can understand her in an "unhappy marriage". I don't think this movie shows that well enough, especially not her as a victim, at least a victim of Karenina. I need to read the book.
She has such beautiful natural looks but can someone tell me why she normally has such atrocious short hairstyles, in "Pirates" she looks amazing with long hair
She has the perfect look for Anna Karenina (my second choice would be Blake Lively), but she did not portray the character very well. It was slightly terrible actually.
I can listen to Kiera all day long and not get tired at all. She is an amazing woman.
Tina Iagana If I could, I'd share your comment (adding staring in amazement at her image...)
She is an amazing actress. I hope we see more Pirate Movies with her in it. She should get her own Pirates Movie
she's so sincere and honest and kind
Yes she is so down to earth actually I have crush on him but she is 13 years older than me😅🙈😍

Mm
How can you not love this woman?
ask John Carney
I really don't know 🤣🤩🤩🤩
The characters she plays are strong-willed and abrasive at times, so I think I've always projected that personality onto her. It's refreshing to see that she seems down to earth, chatty, and well-spoken.
I'm 17 years old and Keira is by far my favorite actress!!!! She is my idol!!!!
Marry me
Assuredly,
loving admiration will do greater good for her soul -
and for one's own - than idolatry.
She's so smart and elegant. Definitely one of the best actresses of this generation.
I've loved her for years. Her authenticity really comes through in this interview. And hats off to the interviewer as well, he provided the space to let us get to know her a little.
these dp/30 interviews are bloody brilliant.
I just read that she is 28, which means she would have been only 17 when the first Pirates went into production. Wow. It thought she was 3-4 years older.
She has a cool attitude. My ex met her years ago and claimed she was very down to earth.
She was 12 in star wars
without a doubt THE most beautiful refine eloquent woman....
She’s literally the perfect romance actress
I love how eloquent she is, how smart and interesting! She's not just a pretty face, I mean the moment she opens her mouth and speaks I get mesmerized. She always has something interesting to say in interviews, unlike some other bimbos. I absolutely love her.
Marry me
I've never appreciated Keira Knightley's beauty till now.
She's beautiful and smart, she's perfect.

Anna Karenina is a Russian based novel.
Are you Russian to make conclusions of a kind?
She is so wonderfully intelligent. I thought she was mind-blowing in A Dangerous Method and I thought she was quite good in Anna Karenina as well, it's too bad she is constantly underrated for making interesting choices in her acting. One thing's for sure, she's a very interresting actor.
She’s an incredible actress
This is one of the sexiest accents I've ever heard.
MordredMS
It's southern England. This is normal to me as me and everyone else I know has this accent haha
Lucan, I get a Southern accent with a bit of a private school or drama/art school affected accent.
her accent and voice is just perfect
these interviews are great not because of who they are but because they are conversations.
I love listening to her. She's just so sensitive and smart, but has perspective on it all, too.
I can't get enough of her! Just watching and Listening to Keira speaking with that sexy accent just drives me crazy!
absolute perfection

Such a gorgeous actress. Gosh, between Emma Watson and Keira Knightly, it's overwhelming to choose who I like more. Great interview man!
i just love Anna Katarina ❤❤❤
Marry me
I could literally talk to this woman about anything all day long.
Love her in Pirates of the Caribbean! Beautiful!

i like her accent
When your making a british movie, there's nothing better than having a extra touch of Keria Knightley.
What perfect woman.
She's so lovely.
Great interview!!!

It doesn't have to be a compliment, you can just agree to what was said or confirm it. It means a lot to them.
She is such an inspiring and intelligent young woman, loved this interview!
Best actress ever
THAT is a beautiful woman!
this interview caught my eye in first 30 sec. and judging by the comments I'm not the only one who enjoys these talks :)
I love her voice😍
lol, loved her perception of the book and her analysis. she seems very genuine and down to earth. i totally empathize with the babbling bit, she obviously and understandably has a lot to express, that mind flow just can't be contained. oddly enough, however, for some reason i never found keira to be my kind of actress, her acting tends to put me off at times, even the lower budget pictures she did (sure, i think her choice of films is pretty great). definitely though, she seems like an interesting person

omg she's so pretty and skinny and I want her accent
i loved Anna Karenina . Her role was very sexy and alluring. The the other young guy who was in love with ana was just fkn brilliant actor. Very nice story. the interviews he does aren't for youtube, they are for something else like a magazine, website, newspaper etc, he just uploads them here!
+Rose Gold That still doesn't add up. What website or separate magazine would get more views than RUclips? Why would RUclips be the alternative or 2nd option that's just there? Clearly it isn't some big publication like Vogue or whatever because we would see it all over these videos.

What a cute accent! *-*
I feel like the interviewer were a bit rude. But Keira is so great
Shes a beauty!
Brithis english ♥ I just love it :D
"Kk" Keira cannot leave Rehanna,Rehanna is only 3!
this is just an observation, guys try to observe properly her jawline, chin boss which incredibly changed, her lips too. i was surprised when i saw this video her entire facial structures changed. her jawline was like added so as her chin boss. i compared this to her past photos and her face had strange changes really.
I love that.
So beautiful
8:21 Could someone spell that? I don't know what it is so I want to translate it.
Jealousy?
I'm going to have dinner around 6pm here.
phenomenal in dangerous method.
Let's ignore all that and just say 'actress.'' It sounds natural and correct and if anyone complains just say, politely, FU.
She could play the new laura croft, she's got the talent and the look for it...
the world turns slowly till I see a beautiful face rising from the darkness
Ugh the following around bit must be terribly unnerving. That.. would be fucking awesome.
I will.
She would never say but I would really like to know who this girl was jealous of
that s a pity, that she is not married with matthew macfadyen
I just saw this interview and the same thought had crossed my mind! It's a shame, it really is... They could be the most beautiful famous couple ever! But, I guess it wasn't ment to be...
Love connector
she should play lara croft
absolutely! that would be amazing
knowing how much she loves showing off her belly button, Keira would probably do it if it meant she got to wear the classic Lara Croft crop top lol
She sees Anna as a "victim" and says she can understand her in an "unhappy marriage". I don't think this movie shows that well enough, especially not her as a victim, at least a victim of Karenina. I need to read the book.
I think your voice is familiar!!
Just...
hyper cute
Assembly line
the correct word is actor, to say "actress" is now apparently considered sexist.
Francisca Acuna
Surely it's more sexist to say actor, as that refers to male.
I'm talking to you.
She has such beautiful natural looks but can someone tell me why she normally has such atrocious short hairstyles, in "Pirates" she looks amazing with long hair
she Must appear in Game Of Thrones
I’d like to see her playing a vampire

Michelle Pfeiffer would have been great. But I loved Keira Knightley, not her best though.
She has the perfect look for Anna Karenina (my second choice would be Blake Lively), but she did not portray the character very well. It was slightly terrible actually.
