I'm not actually sure about the pool, we've never done swimming, I want to say 8am but I can't be sure. Ask when you check in, I'm sure they'll know for definite. I'm glad I was able to help you get organised, it does take some stress away knowing roughly what you need to do xx

We are going in 2 weeks. I just wondered, we are doing the dine around. And the meal times are 15mins, that’s not the time we get to eat?? Just the time to arrive?
Hi, I see you have opted for the dine around. Can I ask how you pre book restaurants please? I got my email yesterday so we could book shows/activities, but there doesn't appear to be anywhere to book restaurants. It has the dine around section above the activities and shows on 'plan my day's but there are no time slots? Do we have to wait a bit more to book for this? Surly all the time slots haven't been booked within an hour of receiving the email. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks
I assume you was asking Emily about the dining as she said about it, I can't give any advice on that unfortunately as I've never done the dining plan but maybe ring up customer service and see what they say, whenever I'm unsure about something I ask them, there's always a bit of a cue when phoning but they should be able to help you, sorry i can't be more help
Maybe try ringing up, they can usually book things although I have a feeling it might just be shows they do, or have you tried through the website, it could be a glitch on the app

Don’t worry I know I’ve been to the same butlins plus I am a helpful 8 year old anyway, the pool opens 12:00 - 2:00 I’m pretty sure!
