Absolutely brilliant treatment and thought process of understanding what needs to be done. That shows the vast experience. How to get in touch for a simillar case?
The patient is non growing. if you cannot use a twin block/forsus/ advansync and surgery is not an option for the patient, what treatment can be done to this patient to have a good OJ without proclining the lower anterior teeth. Please suggest/help with solutions.
Lower incisors are now flared and out of bone. This is a bimax unsafe treatment results and eventually unstable with compromised overall dental health. Imagine taking a CBCT for this patient!
Good job sir . But ..is the excessive proclination of the lower incisors stable or not ...and for how long the retention period in this case especially for the lower incisors Thanks
@@quirk1745 I don't know. My back teeth were aligned. Front 6 teeth were protruded. My overjet was about 10 mm. Also, my lower teeth were straight but touched the upper gum ( overbite )
My orthodontist extracted my upper premolars and my face is totally ruined by these braces. Is it compulsory to extract teeth in class II overbite case.?
The only other option would have been lower jaw surgery so your mandible was cut. Maybe you can get used to your new look and surgery has also risks… I had the same but I am ok with 2 premolars less
Espero algún día acercarme a su nivel Dr. muchas gracias por los videos. bendiciones

Would love to know the long term stability of such cases @chrischang sir
is the excessive lower incisor proclination safe? i don't think so!
You are right. 20° proclination, they are almost out of the bone.
This for me is not an acceptable treatment plan nor a “amazing” outcome!
They could have gone through IPR or proximal stripping of lower anteriors and kept the overjet around 3-4 mm in my view.
@@aadityamallik535in your opinion, do you think slight overjet with IPR and no extractions is better than no overjet but with extractions?
As Always... Outstanding. Thank you.

Whats the point of leaving wire from the molars at the end of the treatment?
occlusion setting
Why his chin shifted from middle after treatment? It looks so unusual. I am worried as I am going through braces treatment too for large overjet
Have you done extraction
@@quirk1745 yes 2 upper premolar extraction
@@soshreyaa was your diagnosis, bimaxillary protrusion ?

@@timschulze4162 Do you also have teeth occlusion problems due to this inversion of the molars or am I the only one?

Slight asymmetrical face is arguably better than bad overall profile, it gives characteristic
