I'm guessing you didn't go on the Royal Mail website before chucking away the first receipt ? If you type in the tracking number on there, it tells you if it has been delivered the other end or not (even though Sky says it hasn't) I'm sure the PO have a copy of your first receipt for their records which would then make RM liable and not you....hope you get it sorted mate.
@@JohnConboy1 I didn't know what the tracking number was 🤣. It'll get sorted mate one way or another. We can all say anything on here or in comments but that gear got handed over to the post office. After that it's in their hands
