I built my kid an original EB410 from a couple years back and this thing has been indestructible! To date the only 2 things I've replaced are a steering servo (Hitec died and replaced by a Futaba) and a turnbuckle broke from one of the neighborhood kids crashing it full speed into a pole. That's it. Between my kid and all of the other friends bashing on this thing, between all the cartwheels and unintended flips, the slides upside down on the shock towers, the whole nine yards this thing has taken a beating and kept going.
I recently started running Tekno also, and couldn’t be happier. Love your videos. Very informative yet gentle on the mind. 👍 I could watch several hours of your videos and not feel worn out afterwards. Very pleasant to watch and listen to.
Spot on analysis of the buggy. I drove it last season and broke nothing. But I did need shock seals after the season. The thing is a tank and on outdoor tracks it’s a beast. Indoor carpet it’s a bull in a china shop. My Losi 22x-4 is much more nimble on carpet. But in dirt it’s to light and stiff. The big techno just unloads speed .
I’ve been looking at a lot of the buggy kits lately, weighing the options and am leaning towards the 410.2. Seems like a great way to get reacquainted with rc car assembly.
Just spent 5 hours non stop running my tekno nb48 2.0. Legit no stop as its nitro and don't need to wait for cool down or charging. Nothing broke. Its crazy. Im in love with it and really hope they come out with a 2wd 10th scale so I can swap to that.
I agree with the review. I also went from the yokomo to tekno. Tekno might not be the fastest, but if you want track time with a predictable car, It’s tekno!
I didn’t know these guys were not easy to dial in for high grip surfaces, thanks for explaining that. Love the brand and hoping they gain in popularity 👍 Be interested in a comparison to Xray
I just got an EB410 artr last week from a teammate of mine's who was just wanting to get rid of it as he was no longer running 10th scale. He gave me tires and lots of spares with batteries and an additional HW XR10 Pro G2 that has an 8.5t V10 G3 motor it was an unbelievable deal.
surprisingly one of the local tracks near me is outdoor carpet, about 3 or 4 of us run eb410's and et410's with great success almost always as fast as other buggies but it does take a bit more fine tuning to get them to run on carpet.
Hey man, I just found your channel. Love your videos, I put them on every day for the last two weeks when im doing the stair stepper. Ive been looking to get back into RC cars, I've been looking at the traxxass bandit but I feel it might not be worth it bc they are cheap and low quality. So now i'm considering a used EB410.2. Thoughts on going this route? I feel in the long run it may be cheaper or similar price to a bandit VXL.
Hey what’s up man! Been watching your channel for a few months now. I notice you build your kits on the floor! My knees says numb but is there a reason or advantage to building kits this way?
I’ve been running a 410.2 on carpet at Apex for the past year before they closed. It definitely took a little time to get it dialed on carpet but when it was it was really good. Now that Apex is not doing off road anymore it will become what it was made for and be a great outdoor buggy.
Looks a nice build But never see any eb410 on U.K. outdoor astro tracks and indoor carpet where grip Is very high. I still don’t understand why they put all the weight up front🥴.

Nice! Sounds like you're part of the Tekno Take Over now.
Great video, as usual.
Another amazing video!!! Tekno is definitely rising in popularity. I have built 2 and love them. Can’t wait to see the follow up video.
Good video keep on the grind you’re underrated

Love my eb410.2. Great build, tuff AF and good tuning options 👌🏻
I just got mine, it did not disappoint.
Cool to see you racing at Loganville! I haven't been yet this year due to work and my car isn't ready yet. But...soon! 👍

Just built mine. Like it so far.
Love the video’s, I have watched each one like 2 times lol

I should have tried this brand
Great video, one of my favorites!!
Glad you enjoyed it!

If you're looking to race I'd avoid the bandit. If you're looking to just bash, either would be good
cool rc and great overview of it
I use an LCG battery with some foam to help take up the space.
Dope intro and sounds!!
nice review too!
I really like mine but I had to replace the rear hubs and shock caps
Very well said......I concur.....
Tekno has it's "OWN NO NONSENSE PERSONALITY" that no other manufacturers creed. (Drops Mic 🎙)

Lol no there isn't really an advantage, other than perhaps space. The main reason I do is because it's much easier to film.
Cool rc

What pinion were you using
20 tooth
Are you not running the yokomo yz4-sf2
Yup sold it for C O N T E N T
Drop a mod motor in (or even the ET410's spur and a 540 4600kv in it on 32p) and see how it does.....All these comments about it being too slow.....
Thanks for dropping by😊. I think I'll just put in a mod motor and call it a day.
