Glad that you followed my earlier recommendation, and made the effort and funded the AudioNautes box. Yes, sir, this is it and no other next to it (and I have heard many versions over the years).
I promised the owner of AudioNautes to wait for as long until he felt he had the ultimate test pressing and finally released the Lp box.
Thank you very much for your recommendation..the set sounds spectacular and I will treasure it for many years 😊 🎶
… and so will I and my friends who managed to get one of that very limited release.
Hey Kenny I have to agree with you on Dave Brubeck album. My father played that album all the time. My favorite two albums are Steely Dan Gaucho and George Benson Give me the night!! They both sound amazing!!
The George Benson "Give Me the Night" album is one of my favorite albums...I purchased the album when it was first released and its still one of my favorites 😊
Always great Kenny …thanks
Thank you, I appreciate that ✌️
Friday Night In San Francisco : i have the 33rpm Impex, and it is outstanding; I'm sure the 45rpm is amazing but I have a hard time imagining it sounding any better than it does here. But Saturday Night In San Francisco (2022 Impex) is also amazing : Such a great companion to Friday Night!
I have both and they are outstanding 👏 👌 🎶
Hey Kenny, great content as always! One of the best sounding audiophile albums in our collection would have to be Charles Mingus - Mingus Ah Um the MFSL One-Step 45rpm, truly sounds amazing. Keep up the good work, God Bless.
Thank you very much....I only have the MOFI SACD of Ah Um and it's nice 👍
You should check out the two albums from Kevin Grey's Coherent label. Excellent!!!
Thank you very much for the recommendation 😊...I have heard about the first release when it was issued but I am unaware of the second release, I'll check it out.
If only on sacd
Great video thanks. Only the second time I’ve ever heard anyone say “fantabulous”. Van Morrison song Moondance was the first.
Thank you. Moondance...a fantastic song by the great Van Morrison., no doubt ✌️
Hi Kenny, great video as always. For me it would be a tie between the 45 rpm of “Time Out” and my 45 rpm copy of Phil Collins “Face Value”
I do not have the Phil Collins album but the Brubeck "Time Out" album is great 👍 👌
I remember distinctly how real "Time Out" sounded the last time I played it. Mine is the Classic Records edition. It wasn't played on my current system; I've yet to do that, and I imagine it would sound even better.
I recently purchased the classic records version of the album and it sounds fantastic. I have not compared it to the Analogue Productions 45 RPM version yet.
The Classic Records 33 sounds so good to me that I have refrained from buying newer remastered reissues.
great video Kenny
I appreciate that, thank you very much ✌️
Totally agree with your list!
Thank you 😊 ✌️
Joy divisions unknown pleasures UK porky first press is my favourite sounding record. Secound is the UHQR Aja.
Great video as per usual.
Try an original stereo Columbia pressing (I think it's a 6-eye) of Miles Davis - Someday My Prince Will Come. It's incredible and I'm sure the audiophile pressings of this LP are also great.
Unfortunately I do not have vinyl version of that album, I only have it on SACD and I have not listened to it in a while. Thanks for the recommendation 😊
Hello Kenny,
Very good choice!!
Here are some of my best audiophile albums on Vinyl:
Stan Getz, Joáo Gilberto, Getz/Gilberto, Verve (original)
Keb Mo' , Martin Scorsese Presents, Epic Records, Music on Vinyl limited edition
Eric Clapton, Unplugged, Reprise Records
Roxy Music, Avalon, Reissue, Half Speed Remastered, Virgin Records
Lou Reed, Transformer, Speakers Corner, entire analogue production
Jean Michel Jarre, ZooLook, Dreyfuss records (original)

I have three of the selections on your list...great choices 👏 👍 🎶
Probably my American Beauty Grateful Dead 1979 Stan Ricker MoFi best sounding vinyl ihave 2 SACD BOB DYLAN desire and Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon I know you love your SACD’s thanks Kenny I am turntable shopping any recommendations? I see you mentioned your Rega 8 w Apheta MC cart?
I use two turntables...Rega P8 with Apheta 3 cartridge and a Technics SP-15 turntable with a Hana ML cartridge.... both turntables sound great.
My original J 1:37 AZZ AT THE PAWN SHOP double album is one of my best est best real sounding records. Like u said a tough call. Keep jazzN
Thanks Tony 😊 ✌️
As a novice collector, the best sounding records in my collection might be: 45rpm Eva Cassidy Live at Blues Alley or Kenny Burrell Midnight Blue on my system. I'd love to get a hold of a copy of Alison Krauss & Union Station Live but they are a fortune used.
Hey Kenny, Have you done a review of any of the Ertha Kitt jazz albums from the 50's? Someone pointed me to her to review and i'm shocked she had this kind of music available. Thanks.
She was a very good dynamic singer, I think I only have a couple of her albums.
Checkfield 'Through The Lens' on American Gramaphone Records will have you turning around looking in the direction of where sounds of instruments or voices appear to be. If you've ever experienced this sensation listening to music that's so clear, you know exactly what I'm talking about.
Thank you very much for the suggestion 😊
not sure if its because i adore the music but my japanese mastersound of wish you were here is either 1 or 2. the other is alan parsons i robot 1980s mofi UHQR
Sheffield drum record possibly
For Duke
I have that album and it's a great choice 👌 👏
Great video Kenny
I appreciate that Dave 😊 ✌️
