that is not a shader. It is feature implemented by nvidia and Microsoft on the base game itself. It is called RTX and it works only on Nvidia RTX GPUs, a few GTXs and a few AMD gpus

@@Ezdine_G8261 which one is going shit in your opinion? on a tech side of things, this is way more advanced. you can see how much better light diffuses just by looking at that volcano at 0:29. Afaik SESU PTGI isn't up to that level, look how smooth is the bounce light on the slopes
