I started playing minecraft on a Samsung galaxy note 2 then I moved to galaxy J7 duo and then I moved to my current phone Samsung M32. And as I upgraded my phone, even the thought the devices I used didn't had top of the line specs, I felt the gains in fps. I still remember loading minecraft 1.17 on M32 and my world for the first time had 60+ fps, the screen is also 90hz so I felt the fluid gameplay. So was so overjoyed I can totally understand your feelings Dallas. I'm planning on buy a gaming laptop now and I can't wait to see my world in rtx for the first time :))

That looks super cool! RTX has some weird bugs though. Redstone torches are supposed to emit a reddish light, but they don't right now. I think Mojang fixed that in the Preview though, so that's good. Candles are eternally broken, by the way.

That blurry (fog as you called it) effect you were seeing on the ground is the result of DLSS upscaling technology (as well as general RTX weirdness). It creates weird lighting artifacts sometimes, especially in scenes such as the backrooms-ish area. Cool to see the RTX 3050 laptop doing well here! And cool to see the world in 4k ultra hd rtx IMAX cinematic goodness ;)

The RTX looks stunning in your world. You have lots of fantastic builds that show off the neat lighting and reflection effects. Your museum looks like it was built for the sun to illuminate that skeleton under the glass dome, and I love the spooky tunnels with it. It was lots of fun watching you react to seeing your world with it for the first time too. I've gotta replace my old PC, so maybe it's finally time to switch over from console. Seeing your world gives me the urge to find a way to swap my worlds over to PC.

Absolutly jaw dropping! For the fan noise you can limit the FPS in Minecraft to match your screen (144hz if I remember from your last vid) that way your GPU isnt using 100% running the fans on full blast to keep it cool.
Dallas great video love the rtx. But jsyk there is a teeny tiny echo from your mic. It doesn't bother me but it might bother others. Just a heads up if you can hear it on your end 😂😂
A missed opportunity to check out the sewers. Some other time maybe.😊 My favorite was the museum and the cave where the green glass reflects in the ceiling.

To deal with the fan noise - you could get a more directional/short-range microphone, or you could use the "Noise Removal" feature in Audacity (free). Works pretty well and is very easy to use. With the right settings you shouldn't notice any distortion on your voice 🙂

I believe, the fog effect u talking about at 7:45 is the delay in graphics card picking up the path tracing or the bounces of rays from light sources

That effect on the ground is the denoiser working, it usually is like that with all the splotchiness when you're in a low light situation.
I think your mic sounds fantastic (at least with headphones it does)
